I had a really wonderful and joyful staycation here. The place is exactly as advertised. The place is clean, comfortable, and well prepared. The sea view from the room is beautiful and perfectly matched the relaxing ambience of the place, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also convenient with easy access to public transportation. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach whenever needed. I would happily recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

We booked the honeymoon suite thinking we can use the jacuzzi but upon check-in, the jacuzzi was not even cleaned and not ready for use. The room was so spacious though, it can accomodate 4 people.

My husband and I went on a business trip to Davao for a day to meet a supplier. We rushed to find a place to stay and came across Lian's Haven here on Trip. We booked it straight away. We didn't expect much from the place since we booked the room in a hurry, but lo and behold, the place is amazing! The host is very accommodating and easy to reach whenever we need assistance. The place offers more value than the price you pay, and my husband and I are beyond satisfied. We will surely book again. Highly recommended!

The place was splendid! Located close to many good restaurants, SNR and MTS. The pool was really good for adults and the place was well kept. Just don't forget to bring a toothbrush. Hehe. We loved the junior suite!

The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. I went with sister and friend. And we are please with service and location is in the center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, different variety every day. 24 hour front desk personnel and security are a plus. I recommend this hotel.

The room is so clean. The staffs are so accommodating. They have a great food selection and I love the free breakfast!
