Excellent Experience overall. Hotel is new and breakfast was very good. Scenic and surrounding the hotel is in a developing stage. Hotel were flexible and warm welcoming note was touching. Had a good time, as staff services were excellent, but attending to phone showed delay and if not well maintained the bathroom floors can easily go unpleasant.

出差到muscut 這次衹有一天 因為我預訂的大床房套房沒有了 給我升級成了3卧套房 房間裏一切還好 廳很大（圖2） 就是衞生間不帶浴缸🛁 另外酒店還在申請SPA的批准中 所以此時還沒有SPA也是小小遺憾 服務非常好 前台小姐姐態度服務等超級棒 很是開心 因為我是自己租了車 酒店樓下B3層是給住店客人的停車位（圖1） 晚上還在樓頂的泳池shisha 吧（視頻）坐了一會兒 在天氣還不太熱的時候非常舒服 雖然沒有什麼特別驚艷的景色 不過也是可以看到車來車往

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended I had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Muscat Hotel from 21st to 23rd January. From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth and pleasant. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the hotel has a very nice, welcoming scent throughout the lobby and common areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bathroom was spotless. The pool area is great, with different depths (1.1 m and 1.3 m), plus a dedicated kids’ pool around 30 cm, which makes it ideal for families as well. One of the highlights is the direct access to Qurm Beach, which is a big plus. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good buffet selection, and the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, a great stay and a classic, reliable 5-star experience in Muscat. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.

Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel. The property is beautiful, the room was comfortable, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were two issues that significantly affected my experience. First, the hotel charged a very large security deposit of approximately AED 1,600 for a two-night stay. This amount was charged to my card without a clear explanation during check-in, and I was not informed in advance about the size of the deposit. As of writing this review, I have still not received the amount back. Better communication and transparency regarding security deposits would be greatly appreciated. Second, the housekeeping service was disappointing, especially on my checkout day. I requested ice cubes three separate times and only received them after approximately 1.5 hours. In general, whenever I requested something, it took a long time to arrive, and I had to repeatedly follow up with the staff. That said, I would like to sincerely thank Carolyn Muimi for her professionalism and support during my checkout process. She took the time to assist me, address my concerns, and promptly send an email to the finance department regarding the refund of the security deposit. Her assistance was greatly appreciated and left a positive impression. While I enjoyed the hotel overall and appreciated the facilities and atmosphere, I believe improvements are needed in guest communication regarding deposits and in the responsiveness of the housekeeping team.

My stay at Kempinski Muscat was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s elegant ambiance, impeccable service, and attention to detail. One of the highlights of my experience was the dual-pool offering, which allowed me to enjoy breathtaking ocean views while also having the option of a quieter, more serene setting. This thoughtful design caters to both relaxation and scenic indulgence. The breakfast experience was equally remarkable, offering a diverse selection of high-quality dishes. The attentive and welcoming staff further enhanced the overall experience, ensuring that every moment of my stay was seamless and enjoyable. Kempinski Muscat truly exemplifies luxury hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an exceptional stay in Oman.

โรงแรมสไตล์โรแมนติกฝรั่งเศส พอเข้าไปในโรงแรมก็มีกลิ่นอายย้อนยุคมา แม้จะเก่าแต่ได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี ห้องใหญ่มาก เราพบว่าพัดลมห้องน้ําดังมากก่อนเข้านอน สื่อสารกับทางโรงแรมเพื่อซ่อมแซม คนงานซ่อมไม่ได้หลังจากซ่อมแซม แผนกต้อนรับบอกว่าห้องระดับเดียวกันเต็มและสามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นห้องระดับต่ําได้เท่านั้น ดังนั้นเราจึงต้องติดต่อลูกค้า Trip.com ในประเทศจีนตอนตี 3 เพื่อประสานงานผู้บังคับบัญชาของโรงแรม และในที่สุดก็แก้ปัญหาผ่านการอัพเกรด ครั้งนี้แผนกต้อนรับมีข้อบกพร่องหรือมีส่วนผสมการเลือกปฏิบัติบางอย่าง แต่ Trip.com ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้ายังคงมีประสิทธิภาพมาก และควรต่อสู้อย่างสมเหตุสมผลเมื่อประสบปัญหา ปัจจุบันสระว่ายน้ําของโรงแรมเปิดใช้งานแล้ว มีประตูเล็ก ๆ ไปยังชายหาดสาธารณะ สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในห้องครบครัน และอาหารเช้าค่อนข้างน่าพอใจ

Decent hotel, rooms were big for nothing really cheap and plain decor fake marble tiles room interior was not matching the hotel price or downstairs lobby, for the price of hotel all amenities and mini bar was chargeable also price of breakfast was not worth the money, the dressing table was a joke unusable plugs socket on dressing table, huge construction site outside the hotel only attraction was the 5 star restaurants on site keep your wallets loaded 😉

The Chedi brand never fails to disappoint. And the Muscat experience does it so much justice. And more. The usual “black pool” (2 of them actually), a gym like really really no other. And… the service. All the way up there. There should be more Chedi in the world! Special to Marebel and Anton who made our breakfast just perfect

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection in Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the reception team provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. During our stay, we visited Qureshi restaurant, where both the food and service were amazing. A special thanks to Ashwani, who gave us excellent recommendations that made the experience even better. We also dined at Omny restaurant, where the chefs did a fantastic job preparing seafood exactly as per our request. The staff, especially Sonia and Amir, were warm, attentive, and looked after us throughout the meal. We also appreciated the hospitality from the manager, Shiva, which made the experience even more memorable. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast service. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem very engaged or friendly, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time. Aside from breakfast, everything else about our stay—from the reception to the restaurants—was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our time at the Radisson Collection and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you once again ..
