While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.

- Friendly helpful staff but expect slow service as is the case generally around Rabat. - Brilliant room and the hotel but not all amenities are live. The hotel very much is under construction. Not great for a pricy hotel. Was disappointed. Steam room was not on and you had to walk through construction to get to the spa. - The Spanish restaurant in the hotel was superb. - Location wise you are away from the centre but great if you want the beach.

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, warm, and genuinely welcoming. A special thanks goes to Mr. Mustafa at the reception for his continuous support throughout our stay. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience. Hotel is clean, elegant and contemporary. Price to value are among the best in Agdal area compare to other 2 hotels nearby that I stayed. One thing I hope they have is egg segment in breakfast. Need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste too. Hairdryer in bathroom can be improve too.

The apartment was clean and well equipped with kitchen equipment, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect, with lots of places to eat and hang out. Location was also a short tram ride away from the main train station which was handy. It was a really good stay and would recommend Check out wasn’t the easiest as the owner mentions there should be an inspection on check out but when leaving, no one was available to check us out, despite many calls and messages. We left as we had a train to catch and sent the owner a video of the apartment.

อพาร์ตเมนต์นี้ดีมากครับ/ค่ะ ในห้องพักมีตู้เย็น เตาทำอาหาร เครื่องครัว และเครื่องซักผ้า ทำให้สามารถทำอาหารเองได้สะดวก มีร้านค้า Bim อยู่ใกล้ๆ ห้องพักมีพื้นที่กว้างขวางและการตกแต่งภายในที่ทันสมัย มีปัญหาเล็กน้อยเรื่องน้ำร้อนที่ต้องใช้เวลาในการทำความร้อนนานพอสมควรจากเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นส่วนตัว บางครั้งก็มีเสียงดังรบกวนจากเครื่องปรับอากาศและเครื่องซักผ้าของห้องข้างๆ ห้องพักที่ผมพักอยู่ชั้น 4 และบนดาดฟ้าดูเหมือนจะมีห้องซักรีดหรือมีการซักผ้าปูที่นอน เสียงที่ดังเข้ามาในห้องพักเป็นข้อด้อยอย่างหนึ่ง อย่างไรก็ตาม ที่พักตั้งอยู่ติดกับสวนพฤกษศาสตร์ ซึ่งเป็นสถานที่ที่เหมาะสำหรับการพักผ่อนทั้งกลางวันและกลางคืน
