Loved the decor and very central to the port. There was a supermarket just down the road. Friendly staff. There was a kitchen but no washing up equipment. Asked and got a tea towel, dishwashing liquid and wiping cloth but no plug for sink.

Like the roller shutters in the room. Location was convenient, walking distance to beach, supermarket, dining places. Bus stop to city and back within a few meters.

The best things about this hotel are the location (a minute from the bus stop, less than 5 minutes walk to la Baie Des Citrons, 5 minutes walk to the shopping mall for self catering, duty free shopping and banking and about 10 minutes walk to many restaurants, the very helpful and kind staff and the great value for money.

At the entrance branches hit you in your head, in the room we found cockroaches an some others bugs around. The kitchen was completely dirty as well the accesories on it. We found hairs on the bed and the pillow was yellow because of ages and dirtness. 0% maintenance of the installations at all and a lot of noise comes in from the street.

I have to say the location is good, next to the beach, bars, restaurants... But it´s so disappointing, bad internet connection, linen with bad smell, noisy and poorly isolated walls, dirty balcony with a dried dead bird included... And when I wanted to leave the place and move to another one, always talking with the stuff in a nice and educated way, they say no refund will be done for the rest of the stay I booked. I don´t blame the hotel stuff at all but the management should think things over on the way they treat the customers.

Il ya quelques temps déjà j avais louer une chambre à marina beach baie des citrons Arrivée prévue le 15 août 2022 vers 00h05 . J ai du attendre à l extérieur jusqu'à 9h 30 l ouverture de l ACCUEIL pour récupérer mes clés alors que j avais régler mon arrivée bien avant par carte bancaire . Je suis parti en urgence à l etranger la direction ne vous rembourse pas. Vous avez droit à un avoir encore faut t il revenir à Nouméa. Je déconseille cet hotel et ceci pour de nombreuses raisons. Aucune excuses de leur part tout leur semble parfait et normal. Michel G.

Hotel très bien situé mais nous n’étions pas très à l’aise dans la chambre. Une odeur d’humidité persiste même en laissant la fenêtre ouverte toute la journée.
La literie n’est pas de bonne qualité et c’est plutôt vieillot.
