Quellenhotel Heiltherme Bad Waltersdorf - 2-Thermenresort

From check in to check out the whole experience was brilliant! Aimed at the adult, rather than a family market, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind in peaceful surroundings. Food is amazing and the spa treatments are fantastic. The public and hotel guest area pools are roomy and there is even a clothing optional area for adults. I would not recommend this venue if you do not speak German as their English is very limited but, this makes the whole experience better for our family.

Did not spent a holiday for almost two years (reason wellknown start with "C") we decided to take at least a weekend break. Offer for 4 nights sounded reasonable, so there we went. As we had some difficulties to arrive in time for dinner it was arranged to find some cold spread at the room which turned out to be enough for a family. Check in was smooth, Green Pass was checked, no need to show your CC for approval - it should be mentioned that no down payment during reservation was demanded! Room Key is your pass too for both spa`s (hotel and public), no extra charge for the public spa!, and is also used to book your drinks and more to your room bill. We only went to the spa of the hotel which we found more than sufficent for us. Sauna`s, two whirl pools with hot thermal water, swimming pool, swimming pond (summer only), different rest and relaxion rooms, nude area and coffee shop at your disposal. Due to certain restrictions again due to "C" the bar had to close at 22:00h, somehow good for your liver and wallet. Dinner and breakfast was available at two timetables and had to be arranged in advance. For both meals the varieties and taste was more than satisfactory. We fancied a certain product and reception arranged for us to purchase this product direct from the suppliers with no extra charge - thank you! Our room was ground floor, very quiet. Televison with plenty channels (only the sound of the system was not up to the standard), of course a fridge and safe was available, plenty plug sockets to recharge all you gadgets at once. Extra Charge is demanded to park your car either in a car port or in the underground parking, although compared with other places the price is in my point of view reasonable (car port was € 6,00 a night) Check out was a smooth as check in, it should be mentioned that drinks in the bar and coffee shop are almost the price you will find at any local restaurant - practically no price premium for a 4 * hotel. We will be back

First the positive. Pleasant location amidst rolling hills with cornfields, vineyards,orchards and clusters of thick woodland. Walking distance to the quaint village of BadWaltersdorf. Hotel is fortunately connected to the public thermal facilites which are great. Hotel restaurant is very good and the service is excellent. Reception staff are helpful. Hotel pool and thermal facilities inadequate with so many visitors in the peak season. Main drawback is the room. Very basic furniture, very few amenities, tiny balcony with partial view of the garden. Not at all a four star room. I would consider another stay but only in the off season and after checking out available rooms.

Top Lage, ausgezeichnete, vor allem BIO Speisen, frisch, große Auswahl. Nette Zimmer, zum Teil sehr schöner Blick und das Wichtigste: eine phantastische Anlage der Therme, zum Teil nur für Hotelgästecim separaten Bereich. Traumhaft schön. Sehr gerne wieder

Sehr schöne Therme mit tollem Sportangebot. Es gibt 2 Sportbecken im Außenbereich, dazu mehrere Becken mit Massagedüsen, tägl. indoor und outdoor Gymnastik und es gibt ein sehr gutes Restaurant. In den Ferienzeiten ist es recht voll - außerhalb der Ferien ein perfekter Genuss!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und die Therme ist sehr einfach über einen überdachten Zugang zu erreichen. Das Hotel verfügt über einen sehr schönen eigenen Wellnessbereich, über sehr schöne Zimmer und ein ausgezeichnetes Essen.

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame und angenehme Tanzwoche hier verbracht und Werner und Anne haben uns mit viel Geduld und individueller Unterstützung neue Figuren beigebracht. Das Quellenhotel ist dafür sehr gut geeignet und bietet mit den Thermalbecken und Saunen einen guten Rahmen. Das Essen ist hervorragend, das Personal überall freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind hier schon mehrfach bei Tanzwochen und kommen sicher wieder.

Das Quellenhotel war einmal ein tolles Hotel. Ruhig, steirisch, sehr sauber, großes Buffet, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, .... Leider hat sich das etwas geändert. Es ist immer noch ein gutes Hotel mit toller eigener Therme, aber: Die Preise sind stark angestiegen und gleichzeitig gibt es spürbare Reduktionen: Das Buffett ist kleiner, Wurst wird gestapelt und ist weniger liebevoll angerichtet, Selbstbedienung ist ausgebaut, die Zimmer sind staubiger (Kasten), sogar Silberfischerl gab es erstmalig am WC; Ich bin so stark enttäuscht; ich werde es nochmals versuchen und hoffe das ich dann Besserung bemerke, denn die Preise anzuheben und gleichzeitig einzusparen geht gar nicht; Und am Wochenende muss man zudem damit rechnen, dass es zahlreiche Gäste gibt, die die Ruhe in der eigenen Thermenlandschaft nicht einhalten; Gruppen von Menschen bzw. Jugendlichen die tun und lassen was sie wollen, keine Kontrolle; Das WLAN funktioniert leider immer noch nicht überall ausreichend; Das Quellenhotel war einmal ein Spitzenhotel mit steirischem Charme und Sauberkeit; Liebes Management: Bitte wieder auf den alten Kurs zurück;

Sehr schönes renoviertes Hotel. Komme nun schon einige Jahre und das wird auch in Zukunft so bleiben. Auch meine Tochter ist in den letzten 4 Jahren bereits auf den Geschmack gekommen. Service wird hier groß geschrieben. Bei meinem ersten Urlaub vor Jahren, habe ich um ein Zirbenkissen gebeten. Dieses liegt nun bereits im Zimmer bei der Ankuft. Es ist keine Nachfrage mehr nötig. Was uns heuer besonders ins Auge gestochen ist: Die "Mitarbeiter des Monats"-Galerie. Wir finden es ganz toll, dass hier auch Mitarbeiter aufscheinen, die man normalerweise nicht im Blick hat, weil sie "hinter den Kulissen" arbeiten.
