they confirmed my booking ($152 for2 nights) then insisted that i accept paying 350 per night for a minimum of 5 nights or they would "request" that i cancel. i refused, they cancelled anyway. I complained to *********** but they did nothing. there is a mining show in town on the dates i booked, so that explains why they did this.

Clean, staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was great. Maybe it was our room but we could hear everything from our window side which faces the middle of the hotel.

Hotel Tikary is a rare find in the heart of the Historical District. It has a wonderful decor with two large atrium sitting areas. The rooms are clean, large and comfortable. Paul, who speakes English, helped in making sure my stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel in the center of Arequipa

The hotel was spotless and very well maintained. The location is excellent, just one short block from the Place de Arms. Many restaurants nearby, travel agents, and sights. The staff is fabulous - especially Paul at the front desk! The included breakfast is typical (eggs, toast, juice, etc.) but very good. Room was made up everyday and spotless. Recommend highly!

Habitaciones con cero comodidad, ruidosas, olorosas, televisor sin cable con imagen rayada, wifi lento, cama de nivel de hostal de paso y no Hotel 3 estrellas como dice ser. Finalmente la supervisora CINTHIA al escuchar la queja brindó una “solución” y al momento de querer ejecutarlo se negó a toda la información brindada, es decir, solo nos mintió en la cara. Verguenza total!
