"the service was great, they always were happy to hepl you in any request, the facilities were nice and the wifi was ok, the price was very convinient, the location was not exactly in city center, but was in a very nice and safe hood in a reasonable distance to walk almost any museum or atraction, there were a lot of bathroom so you never have to wait and the service was always cleaning them, the breakfast was ok, but ig you will stay for a long period you can bring your own food and store safe in the kitchen, just one complain... The rooms havent enough windows for the smell of the other guest, so please of you stay there, take a shower every day!!! Thers no limits in the use of the bathrooms, and this simple thing make a better experience for everyone"

"Hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from the historic centre. The room is quite large with a big double bed, a safe, TV. There was a table mini bar and a bottle of complimentary water was provided each day. The breakfast buffet is on 3rd floor and partially open wall overlooking the city. Broadly it was a continental breakfast with warm vegetables and scrambled eggs. However, the food items were scarce and were very slowly replaced, if at all. We had a meal in the restaurant that was promptly served and kept hunger at bay. The WiFi worked well and the check out process was smooth."

"Good hotel with comfortable rooms, nice beds and good bathrooms. Rooms are clean, wifi is functional and breakfast is okay (no buffet when we stayed here). Service and help from the reception desk is excellent. Kelly helped us to pick and book some of the best restaurants in town. Also, unsolicited airport pickup service was offered at reasonable price few days before arrival. This hotel is located in San Isidro which is a bit out of the centre but taxi rides are cheap and easy to fix so the location should not prevent anyone to book this place. Would stay here again."
