We had a very great stay at Dreams Hotel! The bedrooms were pretty and clean. The hotel is ~10mins walk to the center. The breakfast offered a lot of choice and was really great. The hotel was very accomodating : we could early check in and they kept our luggage for as long as we needed even if we already checked out. Thank you Carla and everyone for your kindness!

We changed to this hotel after having a very bad experience (loud and I comfortable) at a different hotel in the main square. Dreams price was incredibly reasonable, the hotel was amazingly quiet, and the room was very clean. The staff was super kind and helpful (the lady at the front used what’s app to provide information about the spa when I asked, and the waiter in the restaurant offered us his personal list of recommendations for activities and coffee in the city). Again, all staff were very kind and most spoke very good English which was helpful for our questions. The included breakfast went above and beyond our expectations. Very pleasant stay!

Excelente hotel y servicio. Todos son muy amables. La zona es tranquila para salir a caminar. La comida es muy buena y el buffet grandioso. Regresariamos a Arequipa y volveriamos a hospedarnos en el hotel . Lo recordamos con mucho cariño y afecto

Excelente atención! Su desayuno riquísimo, y una súper atención, lo mejor que está súper cerca al centro para poder moviliz**** rápido y conocer los lugares lindos de nuestra querida Arequipa. Recomendadísimo!

Llegamos el día 28 por la mañana y nos atendieron muy bien en recepción y la habitación que nos dieron nos encanto . La señorita de recepción muy amable nos guió : el desayuno , la atencion , la comodidad muy recomendado. Muy agradecidos.

El hotel queda ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y bonita, cerca a la plaza. Fue una bonita experiencia, la atención fue muy buena; fueron muy amables en todo momento. El buffet muy delicioso con una variedad de comidas típicas. Excelente servicio. Gracias.

Me encantó los desayunos y la atención y servicio de sus trabajadores. El hotel se encuentra a 5 cuadras de la plaza de armas, muy céntrico y puedes ir caminando. Los trabajadores muy atentos y serviciales.

Dreams hotel Boutique, un excelente hotel, en especial su personal muy amable en todos los sentidos. (todos sus trabajadores dan al 100 o mas en su labores diarias). En especial una chica muy joven que estaba en el restaurante (practicante de su carrera) Nos habló mucho sobre la ciudad, sobre cuanto ama su trabajo, sobre los lugares turisticos a visitar, nos habló al detalle sobre cada uno de los platos que nos oferció ya que no entendiamos que era cada uno. -Habitaciones muy limpias -Instalaciones en general acogedoras - Personal muy atento y amable - 10 1 5 min al centro (Plaza de las armas) - Zona muy tranquila Recomendado!

Muy buena atención desde que entras al Counter a hacer el check in. Habitación limpia y todos los servicios ok. Personal muy atento. La cena estuvo deliciosa y el Desayuno increíble! 100% recomendado.
