Gran Sagitario

很滿意的體驗。前台非常熱情，可以講法語，英語，西班牙語。對面是小射手，我住大射手。泳池和桑拿房乾淨整潔，都是免費使用，入住期間免費用一塊浴巾，第二塊開始要收費，非常環保的理念；走出酒店不遠就是海灘，日景夜景一流；早餐和晚餐都是自助，比較豐盛；入住期間非常安靜，沒有感受到被打擾，陽光很不錯。

Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr gute Lage. Das Hotelpersonal ist wirklich freundlich und extrem bemüht. Ich war ein paar Stunden zu früh da und durfte mich direkt im Hotel frisch machen, das Gepäck unterbringen und wurde angerufen, als mein Zimmer fertig war. Frühstück wie auch Abendessen in Buffetform mit sehr viel Auswahl. Der Pool und die komplette Anlage sind ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Raw chicken beef and eggs pig and fish potatoes biscuits on water down custard and the salad was past it best black lettuce cucumber dried out I would not waste your money on this hotel the service in the school hall this is what the dining room looks like no table cloths just green looking kitchen roll some of waiters forget to get showers not very nice when reaching over to collect plates I had upset stomach a couple of times within two weeks the breakfast was disgusting the raw eggs water down yoghurt cereal all the mix up pasty’s never fresh water down fruit juice no English breakfast cold coffee out of machine people pick things with their hands raw sausage No smoothies ps do not ask the person trying to cook the food to cook again he throws in the bin all got attitude the staff in the restaurant /school hall . Spa not relaxing don’t bother kids are jumping in pool going in steam room and sauna and it says 16 years old only . Kids running around outside until midnight.room are not sound proof you can hear everything and don’t bother with the breakfast on leaving day we ask night before because we would miss breakfast they give you a plastic tub used for fruit filled with last night ham and cheese sandwich a pastry a carton of orange juice and apple which all went in bin .

The best hotel we have stayed at in Menorca, others were good..THIS is perfect. Rooms so comfortable(disabled friendly, a walk in shower with a hand rail). Kept very clean, good housekeeping team. The hotel is spotless in all areas. Food is top of the range, and such a variety, menu changed every night.. lovely to see Spanish food served. Staff in all areas are the best, all of them. Reception staff are so helpful with everything. The pool is warm enough to swim. The indoor pool and spa is a treat. I had the foot bath treatment..just bliss. Spa staff are very good. We hope, God willing to be back next year. We loved the area, so easy to get a bus near hotel. The walks in area were good. Thank you to every member of the team

Just back from a really pleasant week at this lovely modern hotel. We were originally assigned a room overlooking the sister hotel (Petit Sagitario) but asked to move pool view room. We got a top floor room overlooking the pool in a couple of days with a sea view..fantastic. Room was very comfortable with all the things expected in a 4 star hotel. My wife and I used the Spa and she declared her treatment was amazing. Pool area and bar were excellent with plenty of sunbeds. The public area of the hotel were super clean and very attractive. Staff were always incredibly helpful. We had half board and had breakfast and dinner nearly every day. Breakfast was good once we worked out where everything was...a little confusing at first. Dinner options were varied and we had some nice but not spectacular meals. Drinks not over the top prices for a hotel. Other reviews mention cool food and I have to back this up particularly at breakfast. Did not spoil our experience but hence the 4 star review. Would go back in an instant though but would make sure I get a Pool view room.

We would like to thank the hotel management and all the staff for a very happy holiday this month. The hotel is well designed and spotless thanks to all the committed staff. Special thanks to Sara and Sara on Reception who helped when my husband had a health issue the second week. It is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in abroad and we found all the staff friendly, polite and caring . We send them all our best wishes and hope to return in the future.

The hotel, staff and food are first class. The food is on another level - the excellent fish dishes. Would strongly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday with great food. A perfect week - the atmosphere of the hotel is very chilled.

We, myself and a friend, have just returned from a very relaxing week at Hotel Gran Sagitario. From beginning to end the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. From the welcome drink when we arrived, daily cleaning of the room and what seemed constant cleaning of the communal areas of the hotel, to the waiting staff in the restaurant. It was all brilliant! The breakfast was amazing! Everything you would expect. You could have something different every day, if you wanted. We didn't stay for dinner, but if the breakfast was something to go by, i'm sure it was lovely. The bar staff and reception staff were excellent. Special mentions for Sara, Sara, Rodrego, Josue and Xavi, who went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Thank you all so much.

Fabulous stay in a fabulous hotel - quiet and peaceful, beautiful, clean, spacious suite and lovely food. Some items weren't to our liking, but there was such a lot of choice you'd never go hungry. Food in the outside restaurant during the day was very good too. The staff are all a credit to the hotel and all work very hard and are very friendly. All in all one of the best stays we have had.
