This was an excellent stay. The food was great and the staff was helpful and absolutely charming.

Four Points Resort is in a very serine surrounding with paddy fields on Anuradhapura Mihintale road. Staff were very friendly and courteous. The food served at four points was delicious and well presented. Very reasonable rates. Large clean rooms with comfortable beds with AC, TV, WIFI and many more. We had a very peaceful time. Clean swimming pool with baby pool as well. Highly recommended for anyone who are planning to visit Anuradhapura for a quiet, homely holiday.

Staff at this hotel were extremely pleasant and helpful. Despite having a major function on one evening, the staff made sure our needs were not forgotten about and also arranged local transport for us whilst staying at the hotel and for our onward journey.The rooms were spacious and clean as was the swimming pool area.Thank you Ruane and your team for ensuring we had a great stay.

The owner, the manager Mr. Ruwan and other staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a very peaceful time. This was our second stay and we would recommend any family to come visit as it is close to the sacred city.

We booked 2 nights/3 rooms at this hotel and were travelling with friends and family with kids. Once we arrived at the hotel, we just went to the pool area to check out and were absolutely shocked of what we saw on the pool. There were frogs & mosquito wriggles in the pool which we have never seen before on a hotel pool. When informed of this to the hotel staff, they didn't pay much attention to it and informed us that it's just a normal thing. We then decided not to check-in as clearly this was a hotel with unhygenic practices therefore we sort reservations elsewhere. My advise is, please avoid this hotel when travelling Anuradhapura at all times!
