Dirty and had a horrible nights sleep, firstly there was black mold along the shower tray it had clearly not been cleaned in a while. There was a loud buzzing noise that came from the air conditioning unit and went off all night frequently which made it hard to fall asleep, there was also no curtains in the room resulting in us waking up very early to the sun. You could see where a curtain rail used to be on the wall but they hadn’t bothered to put it up again. The electrical sockets were not fully attached to the wall and you could hear the electric buzzing from one socket when you plugged something in. The staff were also very unfriendly and unhelpful. Once we raised all these issues with a staff member she replied the mold must have been missed but you could tell it had been building up for a while. We asked to speak to a manager but she said we could only call the hotel the next day to speak to someone else. We also said we refused to pay full price however they charged my card the next day 15 euros less of the total price however I would say that is still nowhere near acceptable for the number of issues the room had. I booked a room here and cancelled OVER A MONTH before I was due to arrive and they charged me full price for the room and what's worse is that they refuse to give me a refund. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. They have zero customer service and will just take your money, even though their cancellation policy states that you can cancel for free up to up to 24 hours before arrival - this is not the case. This is theft.

Beautiful hotel, spotless and great location. Raymone was in reception and so helpful, even drew a little map for us for touring near our next stop. Great service and breakfast. Would defo stay again thanks

This is a charming, quaint hotel in the heart of Annecy. My husband and I spent two lovely nights there on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and it was an excellent spot to have a cozy celebration. We interacted with several staff members and they were all kind, accommodating, and super helpful. They all did their best to speak English to us and were very apologetic when they struggled, though overall we were able to communicate. They served plenty at breakfast and the room was cozy and comfortable. They also were agreeable to storing our bags when we arrived early and our room wasn’t ready and kept our bags for hours after check out while we spent the day in Annecy waiting for our train to leave in the evening. They helped us search for COVID testing spots (heads up, there is no place to get a COVID test in Annecy on Sundays). One down side is the noise level from the street, though it didn’t last too long and was of no fault to the hotel. Keep in mind too that there are no staff members at the hotel after 10 p.m. so make sure to express all needs prior to them leaving. Overall this hotel was great and affordable, and if we ever return to Annecy we would stay here again.

Idéalement situé, proche de la vieille ville, des restaurants, boutiques… Dame de l’accueil sympathique et serviable, suite à un dégât des eaux une des chambres réservées était inondée donc en remplacement nous avons eu une autre chambre et du coup nous a fait 10% sur la chambre. Les chambres étaient confortables, bonne literie, télévision un peu haute perchée. Frigo. Salle de douche fonctionnelle à par la lunette des wc mal fixée. Une des chambre au 1er étage était bien insonorisée mais pas celle du 2eme ni celle du rez-de-chaussée. Attention sur la note finale on nous avait compté un redbull (5€) que nous n’avions pas pris. Pour 2 nuits je recommande malgré tout.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment top au pied du vieux Annecy. Les chambre sont joliment décoré, propre. Le personnel très agréable. Seul petit bémol il manque de prise à côté du lit, petit déjeuner peut être un poil léger dans les propositions pour le prix. Nous recommandons largement cet endroit.

En dehors de l'emplacement le reste il faut fuir. Le réceptionniste du matin loin d'être au service du client a l'inverse de le jeune fille du soir. Ne lui demandez rien il ne voudra pas faire d'efforts. Un petit déjeuner au triste minimum avec du réchauffer ou du congeler. A vous de choisir. Des chambres minuscules qui donnent face à un mur. j'ai démarré ma douche en réparant la douchette qui était cassé. Le tout pour 135€ en semaine. Bien chère pour un petit 2**.
