The check in was quick; however, the front desk didn't explain where to find the elevator as she left to continue a phone conversation, so we followed other people that came in. The location was fantastic. Though close to the interstate, the car sounds were not bothersome. They noted the credit card would be held for incidentals, but didn't explain what that was. Wasn't sure if the water and/or coffee in the room was complimentary or a charge, so we didn't drink any. The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable and the black out curtains were perfect. Would definitely stay here again. The entrance way to the hotel was very clean and comfortable and inviting.

I had water drip on my head by the elevator as soon as I got there. Not a huge deal but when I book a room I pay more because I like the to stay at a upper level hotel so I don’t really expect to have that happen when I could have booked a room across the stress for half the price.
I really like Hilton hotel, I’ve been a rewards member for years and have never had a problem but this bed was horrible. Worst hotel bed I’ve ever stayed in. You must have a lot of complaints about this, I’ve been to Iraq and slept in a shipping container so I’m not a really fussy person so for the bed to be bad enough for me to repair to this request It was bad
