設施老久，套房內的風扇聲音太大，睡覺的時候絕對不能開。
另外就是入住的時候説了需要打掃，結果住了三天6個垃圾桶都塞滿了都不來打掃，還是去找了客房人員再三要求才清理。

Our stay was nice, would definitely stay again but, the lady working the desk in the morning is rude and not helpful, Jesse H who checked us in the first night was very pleasant and quick with helping get us situated, the 1st room we checked into looked clean & put together but, had a terrible mildew smell.. Jesse got us a new room quickly without any hassle.! The 2nd room was clean and smelled better but, the shower pressure was not good, though it did still have hot water. The sink pipes do need to be cleaned, a terrible stink comes from the hand washing sink and definitely could use some new softer towels.!
Other than those few small details, the stay was great, the convince to get on a shuttle to Disneyland was perfect, good food places near by, breakfast was a normal hotel meal, the staff walking around cleaning the grounds were very friendly and helpful.! 4/5 star.

Love staying here. The only problem this time was we had a whole family with children above us where we ended up having to call the front desk to have them clam down.

Quick over night trip. Went to Angels Stadium. Very convenient. Made the mistake and got a room class to the street and it was noisy. But we thought the rooms were nice. It was clean and nice. Water pressure in the shower was great. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

We had booked 4 nights into Room 112 and then 48 hours later are told we had to check out - after numerous calls and visits to the front desk, I was told our reservation had disappeared from the system and later, that it had been confused with room 121, a couple from Tijuana. we ended up staying and the parking fee was waived $10 per day). That night there was heavy banging footsteps in the room above -- I called front desk as midnight then again at 2 30AM when it stopped
then again at 6 30AM when the banging started over again - this went on the next night as well and I was happy to check out on Saturday -- they charged me $20US which still ahs not been resolved. We DO NOT recommend this place and it is misrepresented as 2 bedrooms when it is one separate bedroom with 2 queen beds in the living room. --- we left exhausted and feeling abused with he confusion adn the noise

My kids loved the bunk bed room. The layout was very convenient and nice, however the rooms and furniture need some updating and repairs. Staff was great and the maid service was excellent cleaning everything. It is just a little old and the room doors and furniture need to be fixed up

I liked the big mirrors, but the room looks old, the couch arm is damaged. The paint needs to be redone. The staff at check-in she is sweet but not professional at all. There was not much of explanation. She just handed the map, the parking permit, and the key card.

It was like sleeping on a freeway. Loudest room I've booked in thirty years of travel. Had to wait to check in as no staff were anywhere to be found. Room was clean and the breakfast was convenient and staff were very pleasant.
Would not stay here again simply because it was almost impossible to sleep.
