Staff was not friendly and the bathroom in the lobby was dirty and without paper towels. Rooms inside were nice but outside was littered with trash. It was worth the money but could have been better

Rooms are run down, beds are full size not queens. Carpets were filthy, blinds broken and didn’t open. People were loud everyday starting at 5 am. Yelling up and down hallways, elevator and ice machine loud which was right outside our room. Called about the blinds and they said someone would come help with them and no one ever showed up. One of the reasons for staying here was full breakfast was included. Yet the pancake machine was broken and orange juice was out of service.

Pros:
The staff was nice.
The bed was comfortable.
The location of the room we were in was in the back corner so it was quiet.
Parking was included.
Cons:
The local “live” entertainment that occupied the corner a few streets down.
It didn’t appear that the facility was vacuumed as the same trash remained on the floor the entire 4 days we were there.
I was looking for a hotel. While this is a hotel, it had a motel feel and was very dated.
The ironing board desperately needs a new cover.
The shower had hair in it, the night stand with the alarm clock had hair on it, and the bathroom floors were dirty.
The sink smelled pretty foul.

Pro: The gentleman was in front desk was super nice, he will be work on Disneyland hotel 😀 and the breakfast was good for free 😉
