We had to leave our apartments because of such bad weather and power outage. We booked at the last minute and when we turned up we were so welcomed. The staff were so friendly and ordered a McDonalds for us. They brought breakfast to our rooms and it was lovely. The suite was basic but perfect and amazing value for money. The bed was so comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Well situated with nearby malls and restaurants. Cleaning is not adequate. And you have to ask verbally and daily for basic cleaning, clean towels, toilet papers etc.. Room services are available till noon. If you forget to ask, you will stuck with trash bins and dirty bathroom. No breakfast. Fluctuated WiFi quality.

Bonjour, Excellent hôtel bien situé dans Amman avec des chambres spacieuses et bien équipées (j'avais une suite de luxe). Le personnel est à l'écoute et très aimable. Seul bémol : le petit déjeuner. Il n'est pas de grande qualité, pas de jus d'orange, servi dans la chambre et cher (12JOD). Des progrès sont à faire sur ce point. Nous ne l'avons pris qu'une fois.
