We were unable to get the airport shuttle to pick us up at the airport even though we sent emails to the hotel requesting a pickup several days before we arrived. English at reception was not good. Bedding was very limited - no mattress pad or real pillow case. Didn’t use shower because it was not clean. Really didn’t want to touch anything.’

All of the staff were amazing, really helpful and friendly. Our expectations were low as I'd already read reviews online, however it was the only hotel close to the airport, so for location I would give it 10/10. I had a late arriving flight and was also delayed by a baggage inspection by customs so by the time I got tot he hotel it was almost 3am. Check in was friendly. The room is basic but functional, bed not very comfy. The shower room only had 2 towels, no bath mat and the shower sprayed into the rest of the bathroom so the floor was very slippy without a mat. As I said, expectations were low so I guess I wasn't that disappointed.
