ห้องค่อนข้างเก่าและบริเวณหัวมุมชั้นล่างไม่ค่อยสะอาด สี่ดาวเป็นเพราะมีสระว่ายน้ำและบริการสนับสนุนอื่น ๆ แต่การจัดอันดับดาวของออสเตรเลียจะต้องถูกลดระดับลงในประเทศจีน... การบริการค่อนข้างดี แต่เห็นได้ชัดว่าพนักงานไม่เพียงพอในช่วงวันหยุด และบริการอาหารเช้าช้าไปหน่อย อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างน่าพอใจ โดยมีอาหารตามสั่งให้เลือกจากเมนูที่กำหนด ฉันไม่ต้องการวิพากษ์วิจารณ์สิ่งใดเนื่องจากทรัพยากรที่จำกัดอย่างมากของเกาะแคงการู~ โดยรวมแล้วฉันพอใจ แต่ฉันรู้สึกว่ามันถือได้ว่าเป็นมาตรฐานระดับ 3 ดาวในประเทศเท่านั้น หากคุณต้องการการเดินทางที่หรูหราแบบชนชั้นกระฎุมพี อย่าเลือกที่นี่

The quality of this hotel is very poor for the price. The furnishings and bathroom are very old and have a lot of damage. We spent 2 nights there, but on the 2nd day there was no room service, not even the trash can was emptied. The breakfast was not good either. For 30 AUD there was no fruit, salad or cheese. Also the distance to restaurants is too big

Best food around American river. best location , between Penneshaw and kinscote

Excellent location, lovely reception, room had pretty much everything one needed on a family trip. A working Telephone and effective AC could have improved our stay.

Great place to stay with family

It locates at American River island, ~40min driving from ferry terminal. The receptionist ladies who checked in for us and checked out for us were so friendly and nice. They made us very welcome. The room was very spacious, and faced to the river. Amazing view. Although it was near the street, the room was quite during my stay. No noises heard at that time. The bed was comforty and large. The bathroom was a bit small than what i thought. But it is okay. All facilities are included. The room was provided with microwave/cutley... Also they provide me with complimentary a bottle of wine, biscuits, potato chips and cookies. So glad that we did not need starving until next day (as we came late and no restaurant was open on KI) The breakfast was good, better food and coffee than other Cafe outside. The lady Yuki was very nice and friendly We definitely will come back again and recommend to other friends of mine.

美居是我經常訂的酒店集團，服務質量不論哪裡的美居都是一致的。袋鼠島的美居，一進門熱情的前台女士笑容和表情令人舒服體貼。因為島上的天氣變化大，早晚涼，午間熱，夜裡氣温下降大，所以衞生間配有取暖器，房間的空調開着暖氣，一點也不覺得陰泠。酒店的正面向東，早上可以看到日出，的確佔得天時地利。

房間設施一般 在島上不能期望太高 酒店環境很好 餐廳食物很贊！

老酒店所以設施相對陳舊了些，但餐廳風味不錯。服務人員親切友好，尤其是侍應早餐（set menu）的亞裔女士，她的服務態度與笑容令人如沐春風。

房間很乾凈，服務人也很熱情，，就在河邊，酒店的餐廳也不錯。

不用過高期望，地理位置略微差點
