A pretty big resort with quite a lot of facilities, enjoying the time off and quiet place, enjoying the birds singing in the morning. Even though the lake in front of us was dry due to some maintainable work, still a good place to recommend

Great location and spacious rooms. Lovely pool. Staff can be a little more helpful and maybe explain the activities and locations of the amenities available. Breakfast can be better. All in all a good place for a quiet family holiday with lots for the kids to do. Avoid the “beach” after 4pm on the riverside.

We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite since we booked 2 rooms. Unfortunately, the amenities and the breakfast were not up to the Sheraton standards. The swimming pool was very old, the lights inside the swimming pool were not fixed and could provoke serious hazards. We asked for some drinking water at the pool and were told to go to the reception desk to get it. The breakfast was so so, blend vegetables and raw bacon were served.

It was my first time in this resort and I enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the area was nice and quiet (perfect if you want to get away for some peace and quiet), and my room was lovely. My only draw back was that the tub in my room was a bit small. I'm already a tall person so it was a bit of a squeeze but still enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was more on the Chinese side but that's to be expected given the country we're in (even at a global hotel chain). If you do not have a problem with Chinese food, then you will enjoy the food. I personally liked the boiled shrimp and a spicy crab dish that they had available for dinner. I'm glad I ended up finding this location on Trip, and I would be back again.

Service is too bad, starting from reception desk, the staff don’t even answer and just in there work, we wait for our room almost 2 hours as the cleaning staff still not clean the room, at around 5pm we get our room. The breakfast is just normal and staff don’t care about your table have some spoon or salt and pepper.. overall I think the managment don’t train staff that they are working in Sheraton, it seems a normal 3 star Chinese hotel. Bad experience , will never want go again.

惠州白鷺湖雅居樂喜來登度假酒店總體感覺不錯。一是環境好，就在白鷺湖旁，在房間裏可看山看湖。二是服務挺好的，有中西餐廳，就餐方便。三是停車方便，有地下和地上停車場。就是我們趕在週六入住的，無線網絡擁堵，網速慢，週日晚上就好多了。總之這家酒店適合家人團聚和遛娃。

這裏風景和空氣都很好，很安靜，推薦夏天來，夏天會有白鷺到處飛；還有就是下午18點-19點的日落真的很出片（但是我感覺我拍照的技術差了點，沒拍出來）。早餐是自助的，類型很多很好吃，中餐廳的粵點也非常好吃，沒拍到全圖，推薦圖片上的這幾道菜🥰，西式自助晚餐一般週六開，最好要提前一天預約，這次剛好沒開😂。前台的jean和Mandy服務很熱情在、服務很好，介紹了很多附近可以遊玩及好吃的地方，餐廳服務員員也細緻入微。整體下來，這次住喜來登給我的體驗很不錯😊😊

設施：老舊，但保養不錯，而且當年建材的質量還是很好的 衞生：總體不錯，餐廳的黴味和外牆的青苔時刻在提醒，這是個有年頭的酒店了 環境：完美的隱居地，應該是雅居樂下重本建設的社區，現在是空城一座

每天叫醒我的，是夢想，是鬧鐘，還是窗外的陽光？晚上去到不酒店環境怎麼能看清大堂暗暗的，在房間辦公完，睡一覺舒舒服服的，下次還來體驗，特此表揚前台Winnie服務很幽默

酒店的環境非常優美安靜，尤其是周圍的綠化宛如一大花園非常美麗，整個酒店很大很大不愧是喜來登，衞生很好服務也不錯，尤其是餐廳的小姐姐🧍♀️，有一説一這確實是一有點年代的酒店了，如果陽台放兩張椅子💺更理想。周圍的餐廳比較少，

早餐非常豐富，不論從服務到設施非常棒，尤其是前台Winnie服務很貼心，為家裡的長者準備了無障礙房間，後來有位禮賓Jo給我們備了輪椅，值得表揚。下次再來！
