Comfort Inn Lehi - Thanksgiving Point Area

The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were clean. The pool was cold but my kids enjoyed it. the hot tub was nice though. Breakfast was good, it had all the normal breakfast fixings, so that was nice as well. The staff was nice, but not the normal “friendly” attitude you except in hospitality, They just seemed shy! Overall it was a great experience for our 1 night stay!

The pool was freezing. The breakfast is lack luster and the rooms are tiny with thin walls you can hear everyone around you..

We had an early morning sporting event to attend nearby, so the location was great. Check-in was efficient. Parking was more than ample and convenient. Though located off a busy intersection, the hotel (and our room) was quiet and clean. Breakfast was early enough to grab it on our way out in the morning.

Front desk person only said 3 words to me at check in. No info no welcome or anything! One room stinks like smoke

Check-in was slow and not very friendly. The hall outside our room smelled very skunky. The shower was aweful. There was very little pressure because the diverter didn't work well. The drain also didn't work well. The beds were comfortable but both has small stains on them.

Place is over priced, hallways were dirty, our room had a broken bathroom door. The pool was cold and hot tub not working. There was a sign stating it was down. We didnt feel unsafe while staying there and the breakfast area was clean. The breakfast was probably the best part of the experience. Probably won't stay again.

We arrived to the hotel to be greeted by the most unfriendly and unprofessional staff member I have encountered. A lady was checking in before me and when she was told the elevator was not working she asked for a different room as she had a child in a wheelchair. The worker sighed, rolled their eyes and acted very annoyed that they had to look into a different room. As I was checking in the worker acted like I was wasting their time and it was inconvenient for them to assist us. We were given a room on the third floor. Once we got into the room we found that the sheets on the bed were covered in hairs, there was trash left in the garbage cans and the bathroom light did not stay on unless you held it in the up position. I originally went down to talk to the worker about switching rooms, however once I got back to the desk the worker ignored me and would not look up from their book. Eventually they did, not without making sure I knew it was an inconvenience for them, so l asked for a refund for the weekend. The worker stated that they would put in a request for the refund however no additional contact has been made and we have not gotten our money back. We were at the hotel for a maximum of 30 minutes. I have attempted to call the hotel to speak to the manager directly multiple times but each time have been told that they have gone for the day. Stay away from this one!

The room was clean, and we loved having the hot tub to ourselves. The elevator was broken, which isn't too big of a deal, but I feel the front desk could of disclosed to us while watching us load our luggage on a cart knowing it was broken and we needed to just carry our things. But its all good!

The front desk guy never talked at all during my check in. It was just really off. Didn’t tell me where to park or where my room was ect. Had the same guy checking out and same thing. Clean room but the beds were not comfortable at all. Comfort inn used to be pretty nice but they have went down hill sadly.
