Nice clean place, up dated and mostly quiet considering Ecuador. The hot water in shower fluctuated pressure and temperature which was less than expected. Staff was very attentive, food very good! Thanks

We stayed at Hotel Ambato for one night, our experience was a great first impression, secure, very clean, and the most awesome view of the city, we did notice the windows were not sound proof as it there is a bar area nearby, was disappointed by that, beds were standard, not up to expectation for the price we paid, overall disappointing for the price

Every time we took a shower, the carpet outside the bathroom got wet creating a slipping hazard. The employees knew about the room having the issue and they did nothing.

This hotel is run down. I know COVID issues have been a strain on finance's but the carpet looks like it should have been changed 10 years ago.
Everything is just tired
Mold in the bathroom is just unacceptable
The breakfast was not well done
