Grace is perfect in Lugis Italian restaurant is perfect! food is . I tried spaghetti and pizza here, I recomend classic tomato and arabiata.

The gymnasium overlooking the pool and outdoor bar is a beauty as it gives you viewership that makes the exercise effortless and interesting. The food array is exquisite having endless options artistically designed and displayed and of course tasty. The courtyard is a natural display of greenery giving it a resort calmness. I came back again in December.

The overall quality, presentation and choices of the meals was outstanding. The staff at the restaurant were very warmly and friendly. The front desk staff (Chimi, Vera, Mallo and Louisa) were very polite, friendly and supportive. The rooms at the renovated part of the hotel were clean and very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful service and very kind staff, particularly Fidelia and Daniel. The tennis and table tennis are wonderful, great thanks to coach Lucky for the patience and guidance. Breakfast is excellent, so is room service and the location of the hotel is perfect, just across a wonderful market of arts and crafts and a nearby supermarket.

Fantastic experience. Fidelia, Malo and Amaka were wonderful. Ambience was good and the food was great. Good options to choose from at the buffet Could do with some more activities. Pool was under maintenance so that was a little setback. Room service was great and timely.

The staff are generally very nice and courteous. The food was good as well. I had an early check-out and I found it interesting that they had breakfast packed for the early departures. Plumbing needs to be improved as bathroom drains were not effective.
