This property was nice. Very new. We liked the shower a lot. But I kept getting emails for about 36 hours before arrival telling me to download the app to skip checking in at the front desk. I never could get it to work. So I started calling the front desk to verify our room because we were running later than the check in time. (In the past, we have been delayed by construction and a hotel gave away our room even though it was confirmed. So we don't want that to happen again.) We thought it might be 11pm before we arrived at this property but we did get there around 7pm. But no one ever picked up the phone at the front desk all that afternoon. I called 6x but no one answered. I finally called the new reservations line and she was able to put a note on my reservation about later arrival. There were 2 girls at the front desk when we checked in. When I went back later, because she only gave us 1 key, both girls were just sitting on the sofa in the lobby area chatting. Obviously this is why the phone never was answered that day. Very poor customer service. The hotel was nice but this one item was disappointing. bp
