Amazing hotel. Clean and new. Decent breakfast. Very good value for money. Great location. My 2nd stay, and next time I come I will stay there again.

Central of Abidjan (Plateau) easy to reach everything and everywhere very easy.

Some of the staff at the reception desk we rude. They still believe in the concept the the non-black client deserved to be served first and with respect. I reserved a suit but was told they can only give me a regular room because I didn’t book directly with them. Even though I received a confirmation from the hotel 3 days before my arrival. But at that same time another staff was trying to change the room for a Caucasian lady from a regular room to a suit. Secondly the lady came after me, but was offered service ahead of me.

We enjoyed our stay at Seen hotel and hope to be back.

It is a good location in Plateau, however, the property and service is not what i expected (based on similarly priced properties). for all amenities the guest needs to ask for and rooms are convenient, however they are rather small. Property requires improvement.

O sıcak havada oda klimasının çalışmadığını her sabah söylememe rağmen ancak 3.gün odayı değiştirebildim. Buna karşılık ise sadece 2 saatlik geç chek out verdiler.

Guys working there were friendly, bathroom no toothpaste and soap, towel wasn’t clean, room items like glass wasn’t available until you went to ask.

More than one reasons to be unhappy with the service

The hotel is clean and reasonably comfortable but the rooms are small and there are limited facilities.

My stay was good, the hotel have good security, is quiet and have a beautiful restaurant and resting area. I do not like the open shower and there's no bathroom hymidity exhaust fan. The food choice menu is limited.

Property is great. Occasionally sketchy people walking on the streets near the property, but not on it. Overall, it’s great.

房間設計很不合理。 房間不是正方形的，很多地方是傾斜三角形的。 洗完澡衞生間地面都是水！ 食物一般。收費貴！

ヘアドライヤーが無かったです。たぶんヘアドライヤーは高級品で盗難のリスクがあるから備品になっていないのでしょうね。 ヘアドライヤーのon demandの貸出があったら良かったと思いました。 ドライヤー以外は、コストパフォーマンスの良いホテルと思います。
