"It's a serene and comfortable place for anyone who wants to stay close to business areas and destinations. I particularly liked the interior design in the room and the setting. The room numbering, however, is confusing, and a visitor has to go to the reception area to access the toilet for public use when there should be toilets for each floor "

"Staying for 9 nights - tonight is Saturday... I ordered room service, nothing too completed - one dish - steak and chips and within 2 mins I had someone at the door - they then proceed to try and get into my room demanding a menu - trying to push past me - I refused and then complained over the phone - and re-ordered my meal - I had to call 3 times to chase the order - I was told it was coming.... nothing.... Eventually I went to reception and had to ask 5 people if I could speak to a manager... eventually after 15 minutes someone came out... Left me in reception for more than 5 mins I decided it's time for bed... When they saw me at the elevator.... they came rushing to apologise. Too late - the guy should have never tried to get into my room. Shocking and scary. Never again."
