I recently had the pleasure of staying at B&J Tioman Dive Resort on Tioman Island, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, it was clear why B&J has built such a strong reputation among divers and travelers alike. One of the first things that impressed me was the cleanliness of the accommodation. The room was well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless throughout my stay. Housekeeping standards were consistently high, making it easy to relax after a day of diving and exploration. The resort grounds were also kept clean and tidy, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment that reflected the professionalism of the entire team. What truly made the experience special, however, was the people. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was assistance at the reception, advice on local activities, or help with dive logistics, the team always greeted guests with a smile. The dive instructors and divemasters deserve particular praise. They were knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about sharing the beauty of Tioman’s underwater world. Their enthusiasm was infectious and helped create a fun and relaxed atmosphere both above and below the surface. As a diver, I greatly appreciated the balance that B&J strikes between enjoyment and safety. Every dive was well-organized and professionally conducted. Safety briefings were thorough, equipment checks were carried out carefully, and the dive guides remained attentive throughout the dives. Despite maintaining high safety standards, the team ensured that the dives remained enjoyable and memorable. Their familiarity with local dive sites allowed us to maximize our underwater experience while feeling secure at all times. It is reassuring to dive with professionals who clearly prioritize guest safety without compromising the fun and excitement of exploring the reefs. Another highlight of staying at B&J was the abundance of delicious food available nearby. The resort’s location provides easy access to a variety of eateries offering local Malaysian dishes, fresh seafood, Western options, and refreshing drinks. After a day spent underwater, it was wonderful to have so many excellent dining choices within walking distance. The combination of great diving and great food made every day on the island something to look forward to. Overall, my stay at B&J Tioman Dive Resort was outstanding. The clean accommodation, warm and friendly staff, professional dive team, strong safety culture, and excellent food options combined to create an unforgettable holiday experience. I would not hesitate to recommend B&J to anyone visiting Tioman Island, whether they are experienced divers, new divers, or simply looking for a relaxing island getaway. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The guards are very helpful as well. Very easy communication with the host as well. The apartment was fully equipped with multiple additional futons. We had extended family for a night and they loved the place. The only small hassle is for people travelling without their own transport. If you're planning on daily trips downwards to Genting Premium Outlets, you will need to go upwards to Genting Resort before going back down. This trip might take a while (30 minutes from my experience). There is also no free parking. Overall, a very comfortable stay for families planning a relaxed staycation, enjoying the apartments amenities at their own pace.

The house as per photos. However the toilet smells stinky and the induction cooker is not working. So we can't do light cooking. Besides this, the fridge kettle is all working. On the other hand, during check in, the officer can't explain clearly how to get a visitor parking, just ask us to WhatsApp the PIC or ask the security guard. Hopefully the management can take note of how to improve the process of visitor parking process.
