Soggiorno impeccabile al Serena Palace, camera moderna, pulitissima e arredata con un gusto superiore che riflette la bellezza di Mazara. La posizione è strategica per esplorare il centro, ma a colpire davvero è l'accoglienza di Marco calorosa e attenta ai minimi dettagli. Una vera eccellenza siciliana che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca comfort e stile.

Great location. Decent rooms. But, mediocre service. They didn’t have stable internet on the second day of our stay for which I had to reschedule my work calls till the next day. When I requested for a late check out next day so that I could attend my work calls, they said I’ll have to pay 50 euros for it. They don’t have a front desk so when we got there we realised the place had lockboxes and we didn’t receive any information about that either. We had to contact them upon arrival and then they gave us the info.

Very beautiful place and super clean. Check in was hassle free and Stephano and his kindly mum are the greatest hosts. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone! Stephano is most helpful and the much raved about breakfast lives up to its name. Thank you Stephano for helping us so much with the item we left behind, so blessed!

Servizio eccellente, tutto il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene al loro ristorante con la maggior parte delle materie prime di loro produzione. La colazione è discreta, dovrebbe essere più varia per quanto riguarda i dolci. Una nota negativa per il bagno, almeno il nostro era senza bidet e la pulizia della stanza potrebbe essere migliorata.

Very strategic location to get to anywhere in Taormina. Marco, the owner even waited for us in front of the hotel and helped us with the luggage. Room is very clean and refurbished. He had a pdf which recommends restaurant, pubs etc. always responsive on WhatsApp.
