Чистые новые апартаменты, настолько новые, что еще на полу строительная пыль оседает. Удобные кровати, жалюзи электро на окнах. Все оч чисто и приятно в ванной комнате. Из минусов: кофе на завтраке ужасный, не оч приветливый парень на рецепции, завтрак это круассан, джем и кофе/чай. В целом достопримечательности недалеко, удобно, что рядом автобус в аэропорт и все такси тут же. Также нет чайника или кофемашины в номере, хотя до этого и после этого в Риме и в том же Неаполе везде были.

I enjoyed my stay at La Maison des tout Le Monde. Very local to the train station and buses and the town centre. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Just be warned, there are a few flights of stairs to climb to get there so wouldn’t advise with super heavy luggage but overall, I had a great time in Sorrento and would recommend it here.

The B&B was in a great location very close to the train station and luggage storage lockers. The room was lovely with a usable balcony at both windows. It was a reasonable sized room with an en suite. The breakfast was a basic continental with bread, croissants, jams and coffee but it was plenty to keep you going. The check in process after 8pm was a bit tricky, the phone number on the gate downstairs is an unavailable number. Thankfully a nice man let us through the gate but we had to walk up each level until we found the right door withing the apartment block. The number on that was correct and someone came to check us in within 10 mins. It was a nice, quiet room with a fridge as well. Very close to the centre for meeting points for activities such as to Pompei/Vesuvius etc. I would stay here again in future, again you get what you pay for, it is budget accomodation.

This little hotel was practically perfect - looked not great from the outside but once inside it was an oasis of peace and tranquility. The check in process was quick and my room was ready slightly early so I could settle right in. The room was spacious, good air conditioning and in a small side annex with a few other rooms - a common room was available as well as coffee, tea or water. I was poorly during my stay so the peace and quiet and ability to return to the room and sleep inbetween sight seeing was invaluable. Breakfast was included which was basic but adequate and an exact time had to be provided as the room was small so you had to rotate. It felt like a home from home and having been travelling for 7 weeks was one of my favourite hotels of the trip!

Scaramantico Rooms si trova in via Silvio Spaventa 9. Letteralmente 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Napoli Centrale e di fronte la stazione metro Garibaldi. Antonio e Guglielmo ti seguono gentilmente e professionalmente dal minuto in cui li contatti per le informazioni o prenotazioni fino ai saluti col check out. Sono due ragazzi simpatici e disponibili. La struttura è carinissima, ha 4 stanze e ognuna di loro ha il nome di un seme delle carte napoletane. Ogni stanza ha il proprio bagno, il minibar, il condizionatore. Non c’è una reception h24 ma i ragazzi sono sempre raggiungibili e prodighi di soluzioni e consigli. La colazione è inclusa ma non si fa in loco: ci si sposta qualche civico più in giù in un bar convenzionato. Consigliatissimo!

I am SO impressed with this hotel - everything was so easy. I was able to WhatsApp reception before and during with any enquiries. The room itself was stunning - very clean and beautifully presented. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi was strong enough for Netflix. There was also a balcony which was a nice bonus. Checkout was so easy too. All you had to do was leave the keys in a basket outside your room. This hotel is such a steal as it is so amazingly priced. I can’t recommend it enough.

The room was spacious, good air conditioning and in a small side annex with a few other rooms - a common room was available as well as coffee, tea or water. I was poorly during my stay so the peace and quiet and ability to return to the room and sleep inbetween sight seeing was invaluable. Breakfast was included which was basic but adequate and an exact time had to be provided as the room was small so you had to rotate. It felt like a home from home and having been travelling for 7 weeks was one of my favourite hotels of the trip!

I am SO impressed with this hotel - everything was so easy. I was able to WhatsApp reception before and during with any enquiries. The room itself was stunning - very clean and beautifully presented. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi was strong enough for Netflix. There was also a balcony which was a nice bonus. Checkout was so easy too. All you had to do was leave the keys in a basket outside your room. This hotel is such a steal as it is so amazingly priced. I can’t recommend it enough.

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were excellent. Being centrally located makes it an ideal place to stay. The Receptionist, Biagio was one of a kind, very helpful and friendly. First day he gave us all the feedback about Napoli. He helped us with transportation, dinner reservation, breakfast...whatever you can think of. From Agra Suites you can walk nearly everywhere in Napoli. In hotel we have seen all of the rooms because we were 3 families traveling together. Suite room was excellent, with a bathtub in it. Deluxe Suite rooms are big, well decorated. They have a small private terrace too. Standart rooms are cozy, you have everything you need. You get what you pay for. Beds were very comfortable. Non of us had any sleeping issues.

Accoglienza e disponibilità la fanno da padroni qui. Complimenti al Sig. Alessio ed alla moglie che collaborano a rendere la tua vacanza perfetta. Camere pulite, ampie e con affaccio su di uno splendido giardino. Buona colazione a buffet. C’è anche la possibilità di parcheggiare (a pagamento) la propria auto nel garage sottostante. La posizione è strategica a due passi dal centro. Consigliatissimo!

Not sure where to begin with this place, but would not recommend. The walk from the train station was about 15 minutes, and we used the address in maps to find the place, but it only took us to a group of buildings, which we then had to walk around to find a sign stating it was VHomes. Then we walked up the stairs to find a lady sitting on the stairs who had been there for 2 hours waiting to get back into her room because they had accidentally walked out of the room without the key. There was no staff there to let us know how to check into our room, even though we had given them a time frame when we planned to be there. Fortunately, we found our key on the front desk, but then had to search for our room as there were no signs indicating the different room locations. We were pleasantly surprised by the decent size of the room, and were happy to find that they had AC (as advertised), and we could actually turn it on. The black out shudders worked great! The shower looked nice, but when we took showers, found that half the buttons to turn on the ”spa” shower didn't work. Also, the shower head didn't fit correctly in the holder, so as soon as you turned the water on, the shower head hose would fall out of the holder, so basically you had to hold the shower head, or use the rainfall shower part. However, if you didn't want to get your hair wet, it was ridiculous to have to hold the shower head the entire time while showering. Also, there was mold on the outside of the shower doors. We turned on the notification to not come in our room, as we do in every hotel we stay in, and make it up EVERY day, and EVERY day they came in our room and made our bed and opened the black out shudders, which we had purposefully left down in order to keep the room cooler. The staff was not friendly, the breakfasts were the exact same every day and were terrible, the coffee was disgusting, and overall, this place was WAY over priced what it should be. The 2 positives about the place were the working AC and the black out shudders. As for the rest...I would not recommend this place.

This review is long overdue … but we had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palazzo Marziale in April 2024. I had read the reviews here in advance and was fortunate to book two rooms (Passion and Hilarity) well ahead of time for our family of 6 including 4 children. In particular, my wife and teenage daughter were thrilled when we arrived at this charming and beautifully decorated boutique hotel - our first stop in Italy. The location is ideal, the common areas and both rooms were awesome (the views from our terrace were lovely!), breakfast was delicious, and the service was simply the best we experienced throughout our trip in Italy. In particular, the Palazzo Marziale staff went out of their way to ensure that everything went smoothly for our family. They patiently answered all of our questions from multiple emails I sent in advance. They arranged dinner reservations for us each night, booked our tours of Pompeii and the Amalfi coast, and coordinated all our transfers. Even after we checked out, Simona helped me track down my son’s lost iPhone when he forgot it in the driver’s vehicle en route to the train station. She arranged to have it shipped to us at our hotel a few days later in Florence! I would give Palazzo Marziale 6 stars if I could. Thank you again Simona, Luigi, and team!

the location is outstanding, a block from the main road, less than 10 minutes from the train station. It’s more like an air B&B than a hotel. Located inside an apartment building, 5th floor. Communication with staff before check in is excellent via Whats app. They do want you to notify them of your arrival time since there is no check in desk or staff working 24/7. You are greeting by a staff member outside the building where you will receive a key to the building door as well as a room key. Breakfast is included between 830-10am which didn’t really help us since all our activities were by 8am. Forget sleeping in, there’s noise from the kitchen area starting at 7am. The building itself is old like most Italian buildings are, very loud and very thin windows. There are about 4-5 rooms within the same apartment. Unfortunately you have to remember to bring both sets of keys with you at all times otherwise you are out of luck and will require assistance to get back in the building. This happened to us on a day we were out of town and had to communicate with the staff to get our keys back. We were initially told we had to be back to our room by 9pm but they ended up leaving our keys at a bar which was better. The power went out on our first night and there www no way to get back into our rooms for hours and the elevator didn’t work for about 24hrs after. Overall an OK experience but if you are looking for 24/7 staff, hassle free assistance this isn’t the place for you. Also, I think they turn the AC off at night because we woke up sweating at night all 5 nights.
