Pros: • Location: The hotel’s location is serene, offering beautiful ocean views, peaceful mornings with birdsong, and breathtaking sunsets. Although it’s about a 30-minute drive from Lisbon, the tranquil environment makes it worthwhile for those seeking a break from the city. • Design: The hotel is beautifully designed, with luxurious public areas and comfortable rooms. My room included a pleasant balcony overlooking the golf course, adding to the relaxed ambiance. Areas for Improvement: • Housekeeping: Room cleanliness could be significantly improved. Upon arrival, I noticed dust, hair, and a dirty carpet that became apparent with closer inspection. The bathroom could use more thorough cleaning, especially in removing any buildup on fixtures and seals. Addressing these details would make a noticeable difference. • Maintenance: Some minor repairs are needed. For instance, one of the door hangers was broken, and while the shower had great water pressure, the seals could benefit from a refresh. These small updates would enhance the overall quality of the rooms. • Amenities: The hotel provides two bottles of water daily, but there was one day it was missed. When I asked about it, I was simply directed to drink tap water, which was surprising. A more consistent approach to these amenities would be appreciated. • Breakfast Experience: While the breakfast selection was generally good, the pastries could be of higher quality. Additionally, some items, like the omelet station and honey, were placed at a distance from the main breakfast area. It would be helpful for staff to inform guests about these stations to improve accessibility. • Attention to Details in Public Areas: I also noticed that the water dispenser in the lobby bar could use more frequent cleaning, as it showed signs of buildup. Overall Recommendation: The Crowne Plaza Caparica Lisboa has a lot to offer with its beautiful setting, comfortable rooms, and peaceful atmosphere. With improvements in housekeeping, maintenance, and attention to guest needs, it has the potential to deliver a truly memorable experience. I hope the management will take these suggestions into account to ensure the hotel lives up to its full potential.

The location of the hotel is easy to find.  There are lots of free parking space outside the hotel.  If you would like to park at the hotel, it is 5 euro per day.   The rooftop bar is closed on Mondays to Thursdays.  When it is closed, the guests have no access to the rooftop.  I think such arrangement should be improved by granting access to the rooftop even when the bar is closed.

2 noites muito agradáveis, com muita comodidade, limpeza, simpatia e disponibilidade. Pelo que pude observar está dimensionado para acolher familias com crianças o que traz tranquilidade a quem tem necessidade de viajar com a totalidade dos membros.

The hotel is very comfortable and nice, give a resort feel! But it’s a bit rundown, for example the back of the building looking towards the pool could use a paint because it looks old and needing it badly! I also requested an iron and there isn’t one neither in the rooms not in the whole hotel! The rest is great! Indoors pool and sauna, room looks like 80s but comfortable, views and birds around are great, next to the beach. Breakfast was good

Um hotel de 4 estrelas que deixa muito a desejar. A internet não funciona, e, quando liga, passado cinco minutos vai abaixo. Tanto nos quartos como nas zonas comuns do hotel. A piscina é demasiado pequena e com falta de espreguiçadeiras para a quantidade de quartos/ hóspedes. As portas dos quartos não fecham bem o que faz com a luz do corredor entre pelo quarto a dentro. Os blackouts do quartos são insistente o que faz com que não se durma de forma confortável. Acordar às 8 da manhã com barulho de aspiradores e camas a arrastar não é o ideal, mas percebo que os quartos tenham que ser limpos… talvez se as portas fechassem como deve ser não incomoda-se tanto. Ponto positivo, os empregados são bastante simpáticos e a limpeza no hotel todo é notória.

Prachtig hotel wat rustig is gelegen tussen de landerijen en 1 uur autorijden ten zuiden van Lissabon en 45 minuten naar Atlantische oceaan. Zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was prima van kwaliteit en ruim voldoende. De kamer was super netjes en schoon. Er werd dagelijks schoongemaakt en de handdoeken gewisseld. Diner keuze was magertjes en niet altijd lekker, maar dat is een kwestie van smaak. Kortom; een mooi verblijf gehad in dit hotel!
