Staff were extremely helpful friendly curteaous and respectful nice location very clean breakfast had a very good spread if anyone thinking of visiting our lady’s church it is the place to stay I would overwhelmingly recommend it to everybody.thanks for taking care of us.

My family and I stayed at rhis hotel in February. The staff were all very kind, had good choice of breakfast items, could relax in the evening at the bar, with comfortable armchairs and settees. Great environment. Easy to reach from the Shrine in Fatima Large and clean rooms Conveniently located. My mum is an elderly woman of 85 years old and it was easy for her to walk about.

Big hotel a short walk from the train station. Hotel has 2 pools both cold. The hotel does not have an iron for guests to use. Rooms are dated but clean. Breakfast was continental style. Same food every day. Wait staff were friendly. We had a problem with the mosquitos in the room which was promptly dealt with. Nice gardens surrounding the hotel.

It was a small room, with no space for a decent chair. There were no cups or glasses whatsoever, not even in the toilet. We were the only two taking breakfast there. The food was acceptable.

Foi uma experiência boa. O único problema é que estava muito cheio e a piscina é pequena para tanta gente que acabamos por nem utilizar.

Já estive a muito tempo nesse hotel, e agora me surpreendeu pela negativas em alguns aspetos: O spa agora só tendo direito a 1 hora por dia. O elevador demora muito tempo. De resto o restaurante continua com boa comida e atendimento, e o staff do hotel continua bem dispostos e educados.

O quarto tinha acabado de ser limpo quando chegámos, pelo que o chão estava molhado e tivemos de aguardar algum tempo à porta até que secasse. De resto, foi uma estadia muito boa. O atendimento no restaurante poderia ser melhor, era perceptível a necessidade de mais staff para conseguir atender todos os clientes. No entanto, a comida estava muito boa.

Hotel agradável, com ótimo atendimento... instalações impecáveis e quarto muito espaçoso. De salientar o cuidado em colocar recipientes para os clientes fazerem reciclagem, bravo por isso!. Um ponto negativo foi não ter fruta laminada ao pequeno almoço, tinha apenas fruta inteira. Apesar disso, recomendo!. Obrigada.
