1 Night stay only 10 pm to 4 am, need to catch early flight. Upon checking in, had room issues as the receptionist (local male) said full twin bed room since we arrived late. I insist i already mention it and requested a twin bed room only. It takes about 10-20 minute to wait as he give a room key of twin bed. Turn out it was not full actually🫣 idk. So problem SOLVED👌. Location was superb. By grab to night market Rm 9 and from night market back to hotel on foot 7k steps 😛.

ทําเลยุทธศาสตร์ ราคาสมเหตุสมผล โรงแรมแห่งนี้มีทําเลที่ดี อาจจะติดอยู่ห่างจากชายฝั่งเล็กน้อย แต่อยู่ห่างจากริมน้ําที่มีชื่อเสียงและสถานที่สําคัญอื่นๆ เพียง 2 กม. ด้านที่ดี: เตียงขนาดกําลังดีและห้องครัวขนาดเล็กที่มีห้องสวีทในราคาที่ไม่แพงมาก พนักงานเคาน์เตอร์ด้านหน้าที่สุภาพ ไม่ค่อยดีนักห้องพักและห้องน้ําสามารถขัดและสัมผัสได้ดีมาก งานทําความสะอาดและทาสีสองสามชิ้นช่วยให้ห้องดูไร้ที่ติมากขึ้น โดยรวมแล้วเป็นโรงแรมที่ดี หากคุณกําลังมองหาห้องนอนในราคาที่เหมาะสมต่ํากว่า 200 ใกล้ริมน้ํา

This is my second time in this hotel. I would say the room is nice and huge. The bathroom big and not many hotel still have bathtub. This makes it a surplus for this hotel as attraction when compared to other hotel.

ข้อดี: ทําเลที่ตั้งเป็นยุทธศาสตร์มากเพราะที่พักตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางเมืองโกตาคินาบาลู มีวิวเมืองที่สวยงามและมองเห็นรันเวย์สนามบิน ซึ่งคุณสามารถชมเที่ยวบินขึ้นและลง สระว่ายน้ําใช้ร่วมกับ Ming Garden Hotel ซึ่งสะดวก ข้อเสีย: ห้องเต็มไปด้วยฝุ่นและสามีของฉันต้องกวาดด้วยตัวเอง ฝุ่นบนเฟอร์นิเจอร์สามารถมองเห็นได้ด้วยตาเปล่าและมีผมอยู่บนพื้น สีบนผนังลอกออกทําให้พื้นสกปรก ทั้งชั้นรู้สึกน่าขนลุกเล็กน้อยและให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนอาคารเก่าและได้รับการดูแลไม่ดี ต้องวางเงินมัดจํา RM200 และใช้เวลาสองวันในการคืนเงินหลังจากเช็คเอาท์ การสื่อสารกับผู้จัดการผ่าน WhatsApp เท่านั้น ซึ่งบางครั้งก็ส่งผลกระทบต่อการตอบกลับล่าช้า ที่จอดรถไม่ฟรี และผู้เข้าพักต้องจ่าย (RM4/entry , RM8 สําหรับค้างคืน)

The gym was a definite redeeming feature in this stay. Due to the location we needed a grab to get to most places. The self check in was very easy. The room had a bit of a musky smell and could do with being aired between guests. It was an okay stay for the 2 nights we were there.

1. Check in = after booking was made, the front desk contacted me to give about the instructions to checkin which is self checkin (love it and time saver). Asked for depo RM200, fill in form about self information & identification card. Received a permission to checkin early as 2pm as their treat where it usually checkin at 3pm. (Love it once again). You can park at level 1,2,3 where the rates is RM1 per hour. If you use the main lift press M to go to the level 1 park and if you use the residence lift (only one lift at the corner of the building) please press 1. Idk why there is a difference hehe. 2. It is a quiet residence yet spacious for small family like us with a toddler since the bedroom is fit for us. Got small balcony but only get partially sea view the rest view is just buildings. Bathroom also functions really well where the water flow is nice and strong with heater. Internet also fast & got smart tv to use. Microwave available and refrigerator as well. 3. Host is really helpful and use a very understandable instruction. They also make sure for you to check out as told which is before 11am. After checking out, required to send picture and fill bank details form for refundable which they said to be returned between 5-7 business days(wish this period is shortened since depo should be returned as fast as after check the room condition and checking out). 4. Got stalls that sells food and beverages but limited as the menu is simple such as bbq chicken, bakso and other. Also, Orange convenience store. Got laundry also there. Lastly, i feel comfortable staying here and the sleep i got is just goood. Will consider staying again here & thank you very much 😁

ตั้งแต่เช็คอินจนถึงเช็คเอาท์ฉันไม่อยากออกจากโรงแรมเลยเพราะอยู่ใจกลางเมืองฉันเลือกห้องวิวทะเลและเจ้าหน้าที่ล็อบบี้จัดไว้ชั้น 11 ห้องพักกว้างขวางและ เห็นทะเลผ่านหน้าต่างกระจกก็ทำให้ฉันรู้สึกสดชื่น เดินประมาณ 8 นาทีก็ถึงถนนกาเยต์ มีร้านอาหารมากมาย คุณสามารถเลือกร้านอาหารชื่อดังทางอินเทอร์เน็ตได้ แต่ฉันชอบเดินประมาณ 5 นาที ไปยังแผงขายอาหารทะเลริมน้ำเพื่อรับประทานอาหารเย็น ใช้เวลาเดินประมาณ 3 นาทีจากแผงขายอาหารทะเลไปยังตลาดฟิลิปปินส์และแผงขายผลไม้ทุเรียนใต้สะพาน ประกอบกับการบริการที่ทุ่มเทของพนักงานโรงแรม มันทำให้คุณรู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้านจริงๆ ด้านหน้าล็อบบี้คือสระว่ายน้ำของโรงแรมซึ่งตั้งอยู่บนชั้นยอดเช่นกัน ร้านอาหารแห่งนี้สมควรได้รับการยกย่องครั้งแล้วครั้งเล่า

สภาพแวดล้อมและพื้นที่ห้องพักของโรงแรมดีมาก คุณสามารถมองเห็นวิวทะเลบางส่วน และเด็กๆ ก็ชอบอาบน้ำในอ่างอาบน้ำด้วย โรงแรมมีอาหารและเครื่องดื่มให้เลือกหลากหลายสำหรับมื้อเช้า และมีรสชาติดีอีกด้วย👍 ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมก็ดีมากเช่นกัน (มีร้านอาหารฝั่งตรงข้ามและซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอยู่ทางซ้ายมือ) เดินทางไปไหนมาไหนในตัวเมืองได้สะดวก

Stayed to attend family events. The place is just nice for us. Except the elevator was quite occupied during our stay. However it is understandable for it's a festive season. The apartments was fully booked. The housekeeping and front office were helpful and friendly ❤️

The host very responsive, give complete details. The check-in and check-out very easy and fast. The unit also was very good, clean, full with amenities. Will come back again for sure cause it is very close with airport.
