ห้องเตียงคู่ของฉันห้องพาร์ทิวทัศน์มหาสมุทรกว้างขวางมากและมีที่เก็บไว้มากมาย ฉันชอบมีระเบียงนั่งและเพลิดเพลินกับทิวทัศน์ ตู้เย็นขนาดเล็กมีเครื่องดื่มและน้ํามากมาย มีผ้าเช็ดตัวสดให้บริการทุกวัน เครื่องปรับอากาศค่อนข้างแรงในบางครั้ง แต่ห้องมีผ้าห่มซึ่งช่วยได้ พื้นที่ส่วนกลางสะอาดและได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี ดีใจที่มีสระว่ายน้ําให้เลือก 4 สระ ชายหาดยังมีเก้าอี้อาบแดดเพียงพอและไม่รู้สึกแออัดเกินไป ทานเฉพาะที่ห้องอาหารบุฟเฟ่ต์ตลอดการเข้าพักของเรา (อาหารเช้าและเย็น) และไม่ได้ลองร้านอาหารอื่น โดยรวมแล้วคุณภาพและความหลากหลายของอาหารถือว่าดี โรงแรมรีสอร์ทที่ดีและจะพักที่นี่อีกครั้ง

When we went, the hotel was basically dominated by a corporate event that was happening. They pretty much took over the whole hotel (pool, beach, everywhere), without officially doing a buyout. We wished the hotel would have informed us and let us know ahead of time so we wouldn’t have stayed there. It felt like a vegas party vibe. It didn’t not give a luxury hotel vibe for that reason. Had I gone another time, I would’ve enjoyed the hotel more. But from my time there this time, it felt overhyped and not worth the Michelin keys or the price point. Nothing wrong with the hotel, just felt average to me plus the Vegas corporate crowd.

We had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and many of them spoke good English, which made communication very easy. The beach was beautiful, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the sea. The drinks were great, including tea and poolside drinks, which added to the overall experience. We also appreciated the ping-pong facilities, which were a nice extra activity during our stay. The restaurants were generally very good, with tasty food and pleasant service. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and comfortable holiday.

Muy tranquilo buen servicio y limpieza

Check in was very easy. Room was clean and everything was fine. The servers at breakfast and the entire front desk and bellmen were very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good and rooftop bar and pools/hot tub were in great shape. Will definitely stay again.

Gorgeous property with such attention to detail. Every room has a great view. All good and drinks on property were outstanding. The spa is well worth it for use of the special pool and amenities. Love the Conrad and this location doesn’t disappoint

It was very relaxing and so nice. Everyone was very accommodating and so nice. The pools and getting drinks was excellent . Enjoyed the spa amazing. Got to see rhythm of the nights. We will definitely be back again.

Mis felicitaciones excelente servicio, todos fueron bastante amables.  Karla la chica que asigna mesa en bufet, tiene una actitud de 10.. al igual que todo el personal del Seaside Grill, chef Jesús Manzano, el mesero José, Eduardo e Ignacio. Son los que recuerdo.. puedo decir que es la estancia en la que mejor me han tratado. Gracias !! Comida y bebidas excelentes

การตกแต่งภายในที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจและราคาสุดคุ้ม!!! อยากพักที่นี่อีก! มันอยู่ใกล้กับสถานีขนส่ง

El hotel está ubicado al lado de la carretera que va a Puerto Vallarta, a unos 30 minutos del aeropuerto si hay tráfico o a 20 minutos si no hay. Las habitaciones están insonorizadas, así que no se oye el ruido de la carretera y se puede dormir bien. Las camas son cómodas y cuentan con una televisión grande y un mini refrigerador. Reservé una habitación con una cama, y me dieron una con dos camas. Me aseguraron que me cambiarían a una habitación con una cama, pero no lo hicieron y eso que estuve 5 noches en el hotel. Vi como hubo varias salidas de habitaciones de una cama, pero no me la asignaron. Esto no me gustó. El hotel cuenta con una pequeña piscina, buena para darse un baño, pero no para hacer natación, ya que es muy corta. También tienen un un gym, el cual está bien para una estancia corta y poder hacer ejercicio. Lo que no me ha gustado es el desayuno. Todos los días hay de 3 a 4 variedades de fruta cortada (piña, papaya, melón y a veces sandía), dos tipos de pan de molde (no hay nigún otro tipo de pan o bollería, solo dos panes de molde), dos tipos de yogur, uno blanco y uno de fresa, pero ambos son azucarados. Ponen una ensalada de lechuga y espaguetti en ensalada fría todos los días (no se a quien se le ocurre servir espagetti frío para un desayuno). Hay 3 tipos de salsa y totopos. Ponen un cereal mixto y leche entera y desnatada, pero no hay opciones de otro tipo. Hay dos jugos, uno de manzana y otro de naranja, ambos son de bote. Hay café y té de manzanilla. Ponen frijoles refritos, un guiso de cerdo o pollo. Y ahora lo peor, los huevos: Consisten en huevos revueltos que están super resecos, muy resecos. No hay opción de otro tipo de huevos, solo los revueltos y resecos. Realmente es un desayuno que estaría bien si uno está una noche, pero para una estancia de unos días, este desayuno no es nada bueno. El camareo que está en el desayuno es amable, al igual que las chicas de ama de llaves que hacen las habitaciones. Me quedé en este hotel ya que tenía que moverme por esta zona.
