Location is right at the secteur touristique which was great. Had easy access to the beach as well. However, the room was constantly flooded by water from the toilet. We reported this three times already but staff just cleaned and mopped the water, not fixing the actual problem. So we ended up with a water-flooded room for the whole stay and we had to use disposable towels to try and soak the water every now and again.

The staff members were so nice and helpful. Special thanks to Azedine, who was helping me to organize surf lessons or also trips to Marrakech or finding opportunity to participate on cooking lessons. The location of the hotel is perfect for people, who want to stay just at the hotel, as you are directly at the beach. Most of the guests were either families or older people. If you want to walk to Taghazout it is possible, but it takes around 45 minutes. The pools are not heated, which made them not so enjoyable as the water really gets cold. The breakfast has a lot of variety to offer, but it gets very crowded and at some point the food is not refilled. The rooms were spacious and clean. What I did not like so much is that the live music, which is offered mostly every night is playing either Spanish or Latin American Music. It doesn’t feel authentic to come to Morocco for this. I rather would like to listening to Moroccan Music there. But in general the hotel is nice with nice staff members.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone made me feel genuinely cared for. The service was consistently professional and warm, which truly enhanced my experience. การต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่นด้วยชาโมร็อกโกพนักงานเป็นกันเองมากทุกคนที่ทํางานในโรงแรมทักทายคุณบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าเป็นยาสีที่หลากหลายชาโมร็อกโกการทําอาหารดังนั้นผู้เชี่ยวชาญจะยิ้มให้คุณอบไข่อะไรที่คุณต้องการ สระว่ายน้ํา มีแต่กาแฟไม่ดีไม่ดื่ม ทุกคนทิ้งแผงกาแฟของเขา คุณยังสามารถดื่มกาแฟหรือชาในห้องของคุณได้ แต่ไม่มีผงนม ฉันไม่ได้ดื่มกาแฟที่ไม่มีนม สุดท้ายฉันต้องจ่ายภาษีนักท่องเที่ยวในขณะที่ฉันจ่ายเงินที่ Trip.com อยู่ในบัตรกํานัลรวมถึงภาษีทั้งหมดและต่อมาที่ได้รับการแก้ไขมีวันที่ดีจริงๆ

Tout a été super Pour le côté un peu relou, j’ai trouvé des cheveux sur le lit au moment de dormir, et une araignée morte qui est restée sur le coin du lavabo pendant 4 jours, de l’arrivée jusqu’à mon départ, donc ménage à désirer et dommage vu le prix de ce séjour Mais sinon personnels au top, et endroit très agréable pour se ressourcer

Le séjour était parfait staff très accueillant et serviable, chambre superbe et réception conciergerie au top tout était parfait

Expérience mitigée: tres bel établissement, qualité du service impeccable, qualité de literie nickel. Seulement pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, il y a des choses à dire: 1)Buffet du petit déjeuner pas mal mais pas digne d'un 5 étoiles surtout pour la partie salée ( très peu de choix de Charcuterie et fromage pourtant au Maroc ce n'est pas ce qui manque) idem le Maroc regorge de produits de qualité et de saison qui ont manqué au buffet (avocat, fraises....) 2) musique forte dans le couloir devant la chambre dès 7h du matin, ce qui me réveillait et malgré la plainte à la réception, rien n'a été fait. 3) Si vous avez le malheur de vous plaindre pour des dysfonctionnements, les responsables perdent vite leur sourire et deviennent très nonchalants, ce qui est un manque de professionnalisme
