Un hôtel fait pour le repos total et pour se ressourcer parfait pour les couples qui préfèrent se reposer au lieu de faire la fête, service de qualité , le personnel est très accueillant toujours souriant et au petit soin , les piscines sont très propres les chambres aussi. This hotel has very friendly personnel. Great breakfast with fresh pancake and egg baking service. The rooms are very comfortable and everything is extremely clean. beautifull swimming pool, with a stonning view. Everywhere you see therie is a cleaner working. Close to the beach, the téléphrique, I do have one small suggestion ; next replacement for the lights next to the bed, maybe a bit warmer light. I am not always that enthousiastic, but now I am.

A great complex, a huge hotel comprising of lots of rooms, most with a sea view. Breakfast was good and the Mecca seemed to be the egg person, you could have fried, scrambled or an omelette with various fillings! A great place to be. The guy who sells tours, I’ll be honest I had little faith in him at first, however he was the real deal when we took a trip to Paradise Valley, it was so good, but not for the feint hearted! Worth every penny and yes of course I haggled!

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมและง่ายต่อการเข้าถึงชายหาด พนักงานเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีตลอดการเข้าพักของเรา ข้อเสียเล็กน้อยอย่างหนึ่งคืออาหารและเครื่องดื่มบางอย่างไม่เติมให้ทันเวลาในช่วงอาหารเช้า

Ist class service. Latifah at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and professional. El mahdi the concierge guy was amazing, very friendly and helped us with necessary information. The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites. Everything is new and just beautiful. Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice. WiFi was good without issues. The food was really tasty and had good varieties. Overall, i highly recommend as palais des roses gave me a very good experience. Staff are really amazing and friendly.

bel emplacement. accueil parfait. manque d organisation. (revoir la corbeille de fruits d accueil, fruits a peine mûr. macaron très bien). buffet pet dej. très moyen malgré un large choix. hotel cher pour la prestation. le village de taghazout accessible facilement à pied. un coin de paradis. je n ai pas compris pourquoi faire payer l entrée/sortie du parking de l hôtel 15dhs. !

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone made me feel genuinely cared for. The service was consistently professional and warm, which truly enhanced my experience. Hôtel pour famille - belle chambre et salle de bain propre et moderne. Les piscines sont un peu petite vu le nombre de personnes. Les transats sont collés à 1cm des uns des autres. Faire la queue 20 min pour des œufs puis pour le café puis pour tout. À revoir le fonctionnement. Sinon très belle emplacement.

Professional, polite and very caring and willing to help. Need a taxi to get to the main promenade, or it’s about 45-60mins walk along the beach. Exceptionally clean! Great buffet breakfast Lots of seating, private and open Heated outdoor pool, but not warm enough Welcome and checkout was easy Housekeeping staff are AMAZING
