Quite modern entrance hall and room (bathroom for disabled was not our choice). Reception friendly and provided good recommendation for late dinner. The first morning I woke up by very loud cleaning personnel. Walls are paper thin and door not soundproof. You hear everything. Breakfast terrace with nice view. Pool terrace too small and only available for some hours if slot pre-booked. Music, food and shisha on the rooftop club/restaurant quite okay.

This hotel is simply fantastic—a perfect blend of class and fun. The rooftop pool is truly one of a kind. But let’s be honest: great pools and magnificent chandeliers don’t create world-class hospitality. People do. From Marios and Brian to the rest of the incredible staff, everyone greets you with a genuine smile and makes you feel like a king in his castle. Their professionalism, warmth, and authentic care for every guest are what make this hotel unforgettable. In a world where AI is becoming part of everything, experiences like this are a reminder that genuine human kindness and exceptional service simply can’t be replaced.

ห้องพักสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยมากๆ ครับ เป็นการเข้าพักที่น่าประทับใจ ครั้งหน้าถ้าได้มาจะเลือกพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนครับ มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ทั้งตู้เย็น โซฟา และอุปกรณ์ครัว มีข้อสังเกตเล็กน้อยคือ ห้องน้ำมีแค่ประตูบานเล็กๆ กั้นไม่ถึงด้านล่าง ทำให้เวลาอาบน้ำ น้ำจะกระเด็นออกมาด้านนอก พื้นเปียกแฉะ ซึ่งเพิ่มความเสี่ยงในการลื่นล้ม และอาจสร้างภาระให้พนักงานทำความสะอาดต้องมาเก็บกวาดเพิ่มขึ้นครับ

โรงแรมแห่งนี้มีทิวทัศน์ที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจจากบาร์/ร้านอาหารบนดาดฟ้า ทำเลดีมาก. สถานี Omni อยู่ห่างออกไปเพียงไม่กี่นาที พนักงานดีมาก ฉันไม่ได้คาดหวัง แต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องน้ำก็เยี่ยมมาก !! เป็นเรื่องปกติมากในญี่ปุ่น แต่มีทุกอย่างแม้กระทั่งแปรงสีฟันและเครื่องขัดรองเท้า!!! แนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง

Wonderful Hotel Stay with Outstanding Service We stayed at the Nea Makri Seafront Hotel for three nights with my three children, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely excellent. The buffet breakfast was a real highlight — generous, fresh, and with plenty of variety to keep everyone satisfied. There was never a shortage of food, which made mornings relaxing and stress-free. One thing to note is that the snack bar and dinner options at the hotel were noticeably more expensive than what we’ve experienced in other parts of Greece. The same goes for the supermarket just across the road. While convenient, it was also overpriced in comparison. The location of the hotel is a bit isolated, especially if you don't have a car. We found there wasn’t a lot to do or explore nearby, which was a bit disappointing during a three-night stay. That said, this is more about the area than the hotel itself, and not something the hotel can control. What truly made the stay memorable was the incredible staff. I want to give a special thanks to Evi (Evie) at the front desk — she was so kind, helpful, and welcoming, and she made a real effort with my children, which meant a lot. Also, a heartfelt thank you to the gentleman on reception at 5am on the day we checked out. My son had accidentally left his phone in the taxi to the airport, and this man went above and beyond by contacting the driver and arranging for the phone to be returned. We were so grateful. Overall, a wonderful hotel with top-tier service. While the location may not be ideal without a car, the comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional staff more than made up for it. Thank you again to everyone who made our stay so welcoming and stress-free.

ห้องพักสะอาดและใหม่มาก มีหม้อและกระทะครบ! มีระเบียง 2 ห้อง 2 ห้อง อยู่กันเป็นครอบครัวสบายมาก! แม้ว่าบริเวณที่ตั้งของโรงแรมจะไม่ค่อยดีนักและชั้นล่างก็โทรม แต่โรงแรมเป็นอาคารใหม่และระดับไฮเอนด์มาก เข้าออกต้องลับๆ โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน 400 เมตร มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ร้านเบเกอรี่ และร้านกาแฟมากมายที่ชั้นล่าง! คําเตือนพิเศษว่าไม่มีแผนกต้อนรับ ทางโรงแรมจะส่งอีเมลถึงรหัสผ่านเช็คอินเวลา 11.00 น. ของวันที่เช็คอิน รหัสผ่านจะใช้ได้เวลา 15.00 น.!

The best hotel among the Athenian hotels I stayed so far. My only concern was the double room doors that were connecting to the next room.

Perfect if you are leaving early and save travel time and money on a taxi. We flew in in the arvo and were leaving early next day so was so convenient for us. Restaurants are beautiful but too expensive when you consider a salad costs the equivalent of $35 AUD. Designed more for the business person. We popped back across the road and located on the outside of the arrivals was a little cafe selling coffee and bought 2 large gourmet paninis for a total of €13. ($20 AUD). The accommodation was excellent and peaceful considering you are right at the airport. Had the best sleep before leaving the next day which is all we we after. Thanks
