ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวกสบายมาก ทุกอย่างอยู่ในระยะเดินถึง พนักงานมีความจริงใจ เป็นมิตร และจัดการได้ดี ทั้งห้องพักและห้องน้ำสะอาดมาก นอกจากนี้ฉันยังประทับใจกับเครื่องปรับอากาศแบบแยกส่วนในห้อง ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ยอดเยี่ยมมาก

As an international brand, I don't think this Crown Palace is qualify during my staying experience. I'm checking in on 25th Dec, understand that is holiday so no other restaurants open so we decided to have dinner at The Core restaurants. We arrived at around 19:40 and finished order at 20:00, however the food just arrived after 40min after I chased at 20:35 even the 6pcs oysters. On 26th, I have ordered 2 bottles of water at around 00:00 for my kid before sleep, however it was not arrived until next day. I was just check out & back to hotel lobby (4/F) for toilet. And found a male staff going to female toilet for cleaning after me. I was shocked & scare so I come out and going to the unisex one. When I approached FO counter & mentioned I'm quite scare. But the female staff just told me that was normal and just simply appologize without any explanation. To be honest, that's really unacceptable & never come back.

Iron Creek Bay estate has been the best accomodation so far in our journey. Amazing view of the lake, fruits that you can pick up for free and amazing service. 5 stars!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. When we checked in, we were given a warm chocolate chip cookie — it was delicious and such a nice welcome treat. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a large window looking out onto the street. Our package included breakfast, which was great for us since we usually head out early. Overall, the hotel was clean, cozy, and met our expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back again. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming throughout my stay. My room was spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable, especially the bed — I slept incredibly well every night.
The location was also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and public transport. I especially appreciated the little details, like the complimentary amenities and the quick housekeeping service. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and professionally managed.
Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

Fantastic location, close to everything. The rooms are roomy, we had a one-bedroom apartment with a king-size bed. The staff were okay but not especially helpful or enthusiastic when it came to recommendations. The town is very quiet, with little weekend activity and hardly any tourists, making it feel like it’s asleep

They were attentive to our needs, offering personalized recommendations and assistance that enhanced our stay significantly.
One of the highlights of our mornings was breakfast at Peppina, the hotel's on-site restaurant. The breakfast menu featured a delightful array of options, from freshly baked pastries to hearty, made-to-order dishes. Each meal was prepared with care and presented beautifully, making it a pleasure to start our day. The atmosphere at Peppina was equally inviting, with a charming decor that complemented the delicious food, creating a perfect setting for a leisurely breakfast.
In the evenings, we enjoyed drinks at Mary Mary, another fantastic venue within the hotel. The bar had a vibrant yet relaxed ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The cocktail menu was impressive, featuring both classic favorites and innovative creations crafted by skilled mixologists. MMattyFThe bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was very large too. It was all clean. Most guest rooms are in annexes, with reception and dining in the old building (old for Oz, anyway) which boasts a bit of style. Breakfast was quite good but items such as bacon and scrambled eggs did not stay very hot about the buffet. I liked the sourdough. Reception was prompt and professional. Now the minor dislikes: it’s a good 30 minute walk from the CBD / waterfront, up a bit of hill all the way. (There is an area with plenty of bars etc about half way). I walked several times a day and it was OK. Most guests will have cars though. The living area in the room needed a TV. If there can only be one TV per room, it would be better there than in front of the bed in my opinion. Finally, one of the two wardrobes is locked up, presumably to store linen etc. The other only has hanging space so there was no shelving. I felt a little cheated that half of “my” potential wardrobe space was denied to me! On balance, I would consider staying again, even though it is a little way out of town. Overall it is large, clean, comfortable and manages a little style.

The hotel is in central Hobart CBD,it is walking distance to almost everything including waterfront Salamanca,Battery Point etc.
There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby all within a short walk.
The rooms are clean and modern,the hotel has a casual bar and restaurant plus a more formal restaurant.
Happy hour between 16:30 and 18:30 is a great time to have a drink in the lovely lounge area in comfortable sofas and armchairs near the large feature gas fireplace.
The staff are all friendly and efficient.
I couldn’t fault this hotel on anything,we stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was modern and very spacious.
Parking is onsite at $25 dollars per day which is pretty standard for the area,
