Title: Exceptional service and hospitality! I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my trip to Vietnam, and I had a truly wonderful experience. I was especially impressed by the service from the front desk staff member, Bùi Thị Thản. She kindly upgraded our room for free, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay so comfortable. Thanks to Bùi Thị Thản’s attentive care and warm hospitality, our trip was even more enjoyable. Thank you so much! Although the hotel is a bit far from the airport, I highly recommend it to everyone. Bạn ấy đã rất tốt bụng khi nâng hạng phòng miễn phí cho chúng tôi – một bất ngờ vô cùng dễ thương đã giúp kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi trở nên thoải mái hơn rất nhiều. Nhờ sự chu đáo và lòng hiếu khách nồng hậu của bạn Bùi Thị Thản, chuyến đi của chúng tôi đã trở nên ý nghĩa hơn gấp bội. Xin chân thành cảm ơn bạn rất nhiều! Dù khách sạn hơi xa sân bay một chút, nhưng tôi vẫn nhiệt tình giới thiệu nơi này cho mọi người. Tôi nhất định sẽ chọn khách sạn này nếu có dịp quay lại Việt Nam.

Phòng nghỉ sạch sẽ, không gian thoáng, không khí trong lành, nhiều cảnh đẹp thiên nhiên. Đặc biệt nhân viên phục vụ tại sảnh khách sạn rất niềm nở và nhiệt tình, mình quên không mang sạc điện thoại và dung lượng pin còn 2%, trong khi đó mình cần phải dùng đt cho các hoạt động quan trọng của ngày hôm sau. Bạn Lan quầy lễ tân đã rất nhiệt tình giúp đỡ cho mình mượn sạc điện thoại qua đêm. Mình rất hài lòng vì sự nhiệt tình của nhân viên ở đây

The rooms and shophouse units are bright, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. Many units feature private mineral tubs right on the balcony, allowing you to soak in the healing waters while enjoying the fresh air in total privacy.

ห้องกว้างข้างเหมาะกับการมาพร้อมครอบครัว แม้จะนอนที่โซฟา ด้านนอกแต่ก้ไม่มีปัญหา นิ่มสบายแอร์เย็น อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลายรวมถึงอาหารท้องถิ่น เยี่ยมไปเลย

I could not imagine a more perfect place to get away from the stresses of life. A small and intimate resort nestled amongst pomelo and orange orchards. While the location is a bit remote, it was well worth the travel - it truly felt like an escape from the world. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and well appointed. Each detail has been meticulously thought out by the owners, who could not have been more kind or thoughtful. Any request was immediately taken care of. The hotel also boasts a lovely restaurant where the chef makes each meal from scratch - each and every one was INCREDIBLE!! I could not have had a more perfect stay and I hope to return many times in the future. 1000/10 highly recommend. Don’t sleep on this gem! 💎💎💎💎💎

Die Aussicht auf den See ist grandios und die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und mit guter Ausstattung. Es gibt zwei Pools, die sehr schön sind und von woaus man eine tolle Aussicht hat. Dadurch, dass niemand Englisch sprechen konnte, war die Kommunikation etwas aufwendiger, aber mittels Google Translator machbar. Leider war die vietnamesische Speisekarte (eine separate Karte für ausgewählte westliche Speisen ist vorhanden) nicht ins Englische übersetzt und es war schwierig herauszufinden was die Speisen beinhalten. Zu Unternehmungen: man kann sich Kayaks ausleihen, Barbecue machen. Ansonsten kann man in der Umgebung nicht viel machen außer die Aussicht genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen.

Mandala Kim Bôi offers a very happy and relaxing experience. The mineral pool is definitely worth it, especially the mineral bathtub on the balcony, which is a really unique and enjoyable feature—soaking while enjoying the view is truly relaxing. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The spa services are well-provided, with a calm atmosphere and professional treatments that help you unwind completely. Overall, it’s a great destination for relaxation, stress relief, and wellness, and definitely a place worth visiting again.

นี่เป็นที่พักที่ยอดเยี่ยมที่สุด ห้องพักทุกห้องน่าทึ่งและการเข้าพักที่นี่เป็นประสบการณ์ที่หรูหรามาก โรงแรมก้าวข้ามทุกสิ่งเพื่อให้ทุกคนมีความสุขและจัดกิจกรรมฟรีมากมายให้แขกได้เพลิดเพลินทุกวัน เราทําโยคะ ปวดผ้าบาติก และการทําเทียน ทุกอย่างยอดเยี่ยมมาก อาหารเช้ายอดเยี่ยมมีตัวเลือกมากมายและวิลล่าก็โดดเด่น ฉันไม่สามารถแนะนําโรงแรมนี้ได้มากพอ หวังว่าจะได้กลับมาอีกครั้ง! หลบหนีที่น่ารักจากความเร่งรีบและคึกคักของฮานอย

ห้องพักมีขนาดเล็กมาก ไม่เหมาะสำหรับการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจ ไม่มีพื้นที่สำนักงาน และยังมีเสียงดังมาก เหมาะสำหรับคนหนุ่มสาวที่จะมาสังสรรค์กัน ไม่มีอะไรให้กินเป็นอาหารเช้านอกจากก๋วยเตี๋ยว และไม่มีนม ฉันจะไม่มาพักที่นี่อีก

Место хорошее, есть озеро и каяки, велосипеды (входит в стоимость номера). Номер у меня был с видом на бассейн и немного горы, ночью тихо. Завтрак замечательный, приготовили самый нежный омлет) местоположение также удобное: на главной улице. Меня из автобуса высадили прям около отеля и в пешей доступности есть рынок и кафе.
