ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมค่อนข้างดี เดินไม่ไกลจากรถไฟใต้ดินมากนัก (ประมาณ 5 นาที) มีร้านค้าสะดวกซื้ออยู่โดยรอบ เช่น ร้านซักรีด ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตขนาดเล็ก และร้านอาหารไม่กี่ร้าน (BRUTI คือร้านที่อยากแนะนำเลย อาหารอร่อยมาก ราคาก็โอเค ไม่ถูก แต่ก็ไม่ได้แพงเกินไปเมื่อเทียบกับคุณภาพที่ได้รับ)
การบริการของพนักงานที่ IBIS แห่งนี้ยอดเยี่ยมมาก! ต้องขอชม Davi, Isa และ Fernando มากๆ! (ถ้ามีโอกาสได้เจอ ช่วยทักทายพวกเราด้วยนะ ;)
ส่วนห้องพักค่อนข้างผิดหวังเล็กน้อย: ค่อนข้างเล็ก เฟอร์นิเจอร์ราคาถูก ดูเก่า ไม่มีตู้เย็นเล็กๆ (ถึงแม้จะมีพื้นที่เหลือ และด้วยซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตใกล้ๆ การนำของที่ซื้อมาใส่ตู้เย็นก็น่าจะดี) ... ควรจะปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้นกว่านี้อีกหน่อย
โดยรวมแล้วถือว่าเป็นการพักที่ดี แต่ส่วนใหญ่ต้องขอบคุณพนักงานของโรงแรม

Excellent hotel! I made sure before booking a hotel for short stay, I read all the reviews whether good or bad. This hotel has an excellent reviews and I did not make a mistake on my decision! Lutecia has an excellent service, very clean, food is fab and room is very nice, bed is very comfortable and staff are so friendly and helpful. Everything is excellent on my point of view. Location is the best too and the place is easily accessible to shops and Metro! This hotel is highly recommended and if we will visit again Lisbon, Lutecia Hotel is my number one choice!

No geral a estadia foi boa. O hotel estava limpo e o atendimento foi simpático.
No entanto, deixo duas recomendações que poderiam melhorar bastante a experiência: a aplicação de cortinas blackout nos quartos, porque as que existem atualmente deixam passar muita luz; e a adição de mais canais na televisão, já que neste momento apenas tem os canais normais.

I was worried that I will not be able to check in because I arrived midnight but the reception is 24/7, the staffs are really nice and the room for girls only are huge tho the only thing they don’t have light inside. The toilet is near the room & it’s very clean. The location is perfect.

ผผู้เข้าพักStayed 3 nights at this hotel. Location was near to one of the squares which had the Christmas market. But about a 30 min walk to the famous arc. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - food offerings were simple with not much variety but tasted decent. Good enough just for some fuel to start the day.

WWariyukiI won’t recommend this apartment though it is only less than 10 mins walk from the Martim Moniz metro station and the city centre.
The apartment is located at the back alley of some old buildings. There were a lot of homeless people and wanderers at both ends of the alleys. The most unacceptable thing was that the alley was stinky with the very bad smell of urine and garbage. Since the apartment is inside the alley that car cannot go inside, even we took Uber, we still need to walk 2-min from either end of the alley to the apartment.
Unfortunately we were assigned with a room on the ground level of the 4-storey apartment. To be exact, the room was slightly below ground level, meaning that we could see the feet of the people walking on the street through the 2 windows of our room. It was also a bit noisy when people talked on the street, parked their bicycle right at the windows of our room. Obviously we couldn’t open our windows or curtains, meaning that it was like staying in a room without windows. We have asked for a change of room. Since we were staying there for 7 nights, we also didn’t mind to change for only a few nights in the middle of the stay, however we were not provided with any option to change our room even though we booked this apartment 4 MONTHS ago (not the last minute customers).
Besides, the sound proofing of the apartment was bad. We could hear everyone talking outside. Since it’s the ground floor unit, there were more people passing by and going up to different floors and in and out the building, all sounds were quite annoying especially during the late night. Among the 7 nights, there were also 2 nights having some sorts of alarm in the mid nights for over 30 minutes. All these issues were very disturbing too.
Adding to it, the bed and pillows of the apartment were too hard and not comfortable to us. We didn’t have any good sleep unfortunately.
Nevertheless the interior of the apartment was fine, spacious and clean. Decoration was modern, daily house-keeping was also fine. There were aircon, washer and dryer, a basic coffee filter machines but not Nespresso coffee machine.

CCynthia991Very good stay. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. They greeted us every time when we passed by the reception. We were not come for the light show but good to have it. Free car park was included but it could be challenging for big car. We didn’t try breakfast nor dine in their restaurant. You may opted for not having the room cleaned and get 5€ voucher in return. Bear in mind that you have to order something more than 5€, one voucher each time.

ผผู้เข้าพักI booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try.

ข้อเสีย:
- ปัญหาใหญ่ที่สุดที่ฉันเจอระหว่างการเข้าพักคือโครงสร้างอาคารที่ทรุดโทรม ทำให้เกิดเสียงดังรบกวน ระหว่างเวลาทำความสะอาด ประตูห้องเก็บอุปกรณ์ทำความสะอาดถูกกระแทกดังโครม ทุกครั้งที่ถูกกระแทกดังโครม ห้องของฉันทั้งห้องสั่นจนฉันสะดุ้ง ฉันโทรไปที่แผนกต้อนรับเพื่อสอบถามว่าควรลดความนุ่มนวลของประตูลงอีกหรือไม่ พนักงานบอกว่านี่เป็นวิธีการทำความสะอาด และให้โทรกลับเฉพาะเมื่อประตูยังเปิดอยู่หลัง 17.00 น. ผผู้เข้าพักWe had a pleasant stay at Masa Hotel spa combo grande collection .The breakfast was really nice and great way to start your day, and the amenities were excellent — guests can use the spa, gym, sauna, and bath facilities, which made the stay more enjoyable. Although the location is a bit far from some of the main attractions, it is still reasonably convenient since they can be easily reached by metro.
Cleaning was generally okay, but the shower drain in our room was not working very well, which was a bit inconvenient.
