Estadia foi uma muito agradável surpresa, o hotel encontra-se numa localização fabulosa, sobre a praia de Porto Novo, por outro lado com vista sobre uma serra e vale verdejantes. O hotel, apesar do peso da idade, encontra-se bem cuidado (principalmente no seu interior, que é o mais importante), o serviço é de boa qualidade, com bons profissionais!

Me senti muy comodo el personal muy amable limpieza perfecta agradecer la cortesia de ofrecer cafe, infusiones,zumos y siempre algun dulce que podia utilizar a mi gusto un detalle de agradecer me parece un alojamiento muy recomendable

เป็นที่พักที่ราคาไม่แพง ห้องพักตรงกับราคาที่เราจ่ายไปและตรงตามที่บรรยายไว้ แต่เครื่องปรับอากาศไม่ค่อยแรง ทำให้ห้องร้อนมากระหว่างที่เราพัก ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างไกลจากสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน แต่โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการเข้าพักที่น่าพอใจ

Excellent hotel! I made sure before booking a hotel for short stay, I read all the reviews whether good or bad. This hotel has an excellent reviews and I did not make a mistake on my decision! Lutecia has an excellent service, very clean, food is fab and room is very nice, bed is very comfortable and staff are so friendly and  helpful. Everything is excellent on my point of view. Location is the best too and the place is easily accessible to shops and Metro! This hotel is highly recommended and if we will visit again Lisbon, Lutecia Hotel is my number one choice!

No geral a estadia foi boa. O hotel estava limpo e o atendimento foi simpático. No entanto, deixo duas recomendações que poderiam melhorar bastante a experiência: a aplicação de cortinas blackout nos quartos, porque as que existem atualmente deixam passar muita luz; e a adição de mais canais na televisão, já que neste momento apenas tem os canais normais.

On a busy street, it’s not very quiet, but you can wear earplugs. Your experience depends on the other travelers, of course, if they are considerate. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The reason I like this place is because it has a lot of character. It’s a turn-of-the-last century, 1890s palace, with very fancy ceilings, parquet wooden floors, and a marble floor lobby. It’s a real palace, one of many in Portugal! In 1914 it was rented to the Swiss Ambassador of Portugal. Although the place is quite dated now, it still has a lot of class. If you have a little more money, you can rent a small suite, higher up and quieter, also with credit card points (free or almost ). Unfortunately the internet only works in the lobby if you have a mobile phone. It seems to work fine for iPads and computers, strangely enough. It has a kitchen and washer / dryer. The fridge is old-style retro, as well as the deco in the whole hotel / hostel. (small fridge, but it does have a small freezer, too.) The place has a restaurant, which is popular. If you eat a large breakfast you can include it with your rent, it costs about 9€ (I don’t , so the kitchen was fine – modern electric stove top, microwave – no oven!) The top bunk of a three-tiered system is fairly safe, as it has steps, instead of ladder rungs. It has wooden lockers (bring your own lock) and small boxes, hidden in the stairs at every bed level. Not for the faint of heart or those afraid of heights… or those who can’t do stairs. Two flights of stairs up! Shared rooms on first and second floors, kitchen is on the first. No elevator to the shared rooms, unlike the suites.

พนักงานต้อนรับอิเนส ไม่พอใจมาก ไม่อยากบริการเราดี ปฏิบัติกับเราไม่ดี ไม่อยากให้บริการเราอย่างเหมาะสม มีผู้ชายใจดีมาก ที่ช่วยแก้ปัญหาเรื่องห้องให้ผม เพราะแอร์ เสียดายไม่มีประโยชน์แค่คืนเดียว และมันก็เป็นประสบการณ์ หายนะนิดหน่อย ผมขอร้องประธานาธิบดีโปรตุเกสเพื่อที่เรานักท่องเที่ยวชาวสเปนจะได้ไม่รู้สึกถูกเหยียดหยาม ไม่มีภาษาสเปน ไม่มีทีวี ไม่มีพนักงานที่พูดจาดี ไม่มีพนักงานต้อนรับ แน่นอนฉันจะไม่กลับมา ไปโปรตุเกส ความจริงที่สำคัญ โรงแรม ต้องจ่ายค่าที่จอดรถ 1 ชั่วโมง 2 ยูโร มาเลย 24 ชั่วโมงเป็นประสบการณ์หายนะ เราจะไม่ทำซ้ำ VIVA ESPAña
