Quiet location, a bit away from the city center Lots of flowers and plants. Everything I need is still about 200 meters away.

One of the nicer hotels in GenSan. The airport shuttle service was good, and cheaper than Grab taxi. As a strict vegetarian I was disappointed that their breakfast buffet didn’t offer anything, no fresh salad options, or cooked potatoes, sweet potatoes, not even hot tea. My breakfast was a glass of water.

The staff are very efficient. I just live the ambience becuase they have an open area in the center. No need to go far for food because they also have a restaurant.

Perfect for business travel. The room had strong Wi-Fi, a comfortable workspace, and everything I needed to stay productive. The front desk team was quick, efficient, and very accommodating with requests. The hotel’s location made transportation easy, and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with requests. Check-in and check-out were efficient, which made the overall experience seamless. The hotel facilities, including the pool and dining options, were also enjoyable. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the food was generally good, offering both local and international choices. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be [insert a small critique here—e.g., Wi-Fi speed, limited parking, or peak-hour crowding], but it didn’t significantly impact my stay. I enjoyed the stay, the room was clean, and the staff was accommodating. The Wi-Fi was not fast enough for us to watch Netflix, and the pool is not available according to the website's maintenance schedule.

Super good location it is near malls and hospitals and a lot of restaurants. The check in is smooth and the room is spacious and clean. Only downside at least during our stay is the ongoing renovations we can hear the drillings in our room but it stops during the night. The breakfast buffet was also relocated to a nearby resto so we had to walk a bit to get there but so close not really a hassle. The food selections in the breakfast buffet is a bit underwhelming though I think fair enough for the price. Over-all a recommended place to stay in GenSan!
