ok, breakfast can be improved, example by putting a candle at the bottom of the food to keep it warm, top up when finished. Hot drink not from drink dispenser, top up drink packets in the room.....thats some for example can be improved to make worth for the rate spent...anyway it was a nice stay....

Overall, our stay was okay and quite comfortable. The bed was clean and we had no issues sleeping. The hotel itself is nice and looks good, but the furniture seems a bit old, which might be why there was some dust and a slight smell in the room (nothing too strong). In terms of cleanliness, the room could use more frequent cleaning. There was dust on the bedside table, phone, curtains, cabinet, and the table in the room. When placing food on the table, ants appeared quite quickly, so the table needs to be wiped more regularly. As for the toilet, it was generally clean, but some extra cleaning would be appreciated, especially in certain areas that were slightly dirty. If there are any damaged parts, it might be good to replace or repair them. Overall, the experience was still okay, but improving cleanliness and maintenance would make the stay much better.

Usaha saya nak tukar tarikh check in dari 25.12.2025 kepada tarikh 26.12.2025 tidak diluluskan pehak Hotel walaupun saya apply penukaran 2 minggu sebelum tarikh yg dibenarkan UTK dapat free cencelation. Saya call pehak Hotel. Hotel minta call Trip Com Saya call Help desk Trip.Com....mereka kata mereka boleh bantu jika hotel setuju. Saya call sekali lagi pehak Hotel...mereka maklum tak terima apa apa call dari Trip.Com. Saya tetap check in 26.12.2026 3H2M

โรงแรมนี้ค่อนข้างเก่าต้องการการปรับปรุงใหม่ เตียงเก่า ห้องไม่มีไฟเพดาน พรมเก่า เฟอร์นิเจอร์เก่า ไม่มีปลั๊กไฟที่หัวเตียง ชาร์จเฉพาะที่โต๊ะเครื่องแป้งและตู้กับข้าว ราคาห้องไม่คุ้มกับสภาพห้อง บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าก็โอเค ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีที่คุณสามารถเดินรัศมี 600 เมตรไปยังริมแม่น้ำ มัสยิด ตลาดสด ตลาดสด ร้านอาหาร และพิพิธภัณฑ์

Booked friend… so far so good.. but it hard to get a parking near hotel…anyways..thanks trips

ทำเลที่ตั้งน่าสนใจ แต่เมืองมีการจราจรเบาบางมาก.. คุณจึงใช้เวลาอยู่บนท้องถนนเป็นจำนวนมาก ผ้าเช็ดตัวต้องเปลี่ยนใหม่เพราะ 2 ครั้งที่ฉันได้ผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่าไปหน่อย หวังว่าสภาเทศบาลเมืองโคตาบารูจะปรับปรุงเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงความแออัด เช่น สร้างสะพานลอย / วงเวียน / เส้นทางเดินรถทางเดียว และลดการจราจรที่คล่องตัว โดยรวม: ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมก็โอเค ที่จอดรถที่ดีที่สุด

พักที่นี่เสมอทุกครั้งที่ฉันอยู่ใน jb.. เป็นที่พักที่ดีและพนักงานที่น่ารื่นรมย์ ห้องสะอาดและกว้างขวาง รักษาไว้ 👍👍

ทำเลดีใกล้กับเมือง KB และแหล่งอาหาร ร้านสะดวกซื้อเช่นวัตสัน 7-Eleven ห่างจากโรงแรมเพียงไม่กี่นาที แมคโดนัลด์ข้างโรงแรม ตลาดกลางคืน Wakaf Che Yeh ตั้งอยู่หน้าโรงแรม พนักงานมีความเป็นมิตร อาหารเป็นสิ่งที่ดี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักล้าสมัยและจำเป็นต้องปรับปรุง มีที่จอดรถสาธารณะในบริเวณใกล้เคียง ที่จอดรถส่วนตัวมีค่าใช้จ่ายและต้องจองล่วงหน้า ห้องพักสะดวกสบายสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ 3 คน แต่ราคาค่อนข้างแพงเมื่อเทียบกับคุณภาพและขนาดของห้อง โถชำระล้างหัก แรงดันน้ำช้า เตารีดไอน้ำทำงานได้ไม่ดี
