โรงแรมมีประวัติยาวนาน อยู่ติดกับสถานีรถไฟ และทำเลก็โอเค โรงแรมตกแต่งสไตล์สกอตติชแต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเก่าเกินไปการออกแบบห้องน้ำและห้องอาบน้ำก็ไม่สมเหตุสมผลเช่นกัน การเปิด faucet จะทำให้เสื้อผ้าของคุณเปียกโดยรวมแล้ว ไม่ชินเลย ราคาก็สูงด้วย รวมๆแล้วก็โอเค

โรงแรมดีมากและการเข้าพักก็สะดวกสบาย เดินไปสถานีขนส่งก็สะดวกเช่นกันที่สถานีรถไฟ ห้องพักสะอาด แต่ห้องอาบน้ําในห้องน้ําไม่มีประตูและน้ําไหลออกมาทําให้ห้องน้ําทั้งห้องเปียกหลังจากอาบน้ํา โรงแรมมีน้ําดื่มบรรจุขวดในห้องพักและมีร้านอาหารอยู่ที่ชั้นหนึ่ง พนักงานมีความเป็นมิตรและประสบการณ์การเข้าพักโดยรวมก็น่าทึ่งมาก

環境非常好，位置很好找，就在湖邊，早餐種類就是典型的英式早餐。離市中心就三四公里，開車十分鐘左右就到了，很方便，是高地之行的很好的選擇。

Booked for the suite as we were a group of 4. The room provided us all the things we needed, microwave, fridge, plates, utensils. The only drawback is that we got the room on 4th floor and there was no elevator!

There is no fridge or microwave in the room, which is quite disappointing. But the reception staff helped us to store our things in their fridge, and even helped us to reheat our food in the restaurant nextdoor. Appreciated.

Really perfect location, even if you don't go to Ben Nevis there looks to be so much to do and explore around here in terms of walking/biiking/running trails and the ski lift which takes people up to the Nevis range. All of the front desk staff we spoke to were very friendly and pleasant but there wasnt much we needed help with. I think the room and the hotel itself could do with having some more facilities/amenities due to the premium price we had to pay but apart from that everything that is there was satisfactory but bare minimum. The cafe breakfast food was nice but the staff there were a little cold, that was the only real down point. Overall it was a pleasant stay, it was easy to get here by taxi and easy to get to the Ben Nevis visitor centre by taxi but make sure you book ahead and go early.

The hotel was fantastic, with great services and amenities. Had an excellent stay there! Worth visiting again!
