I find that the room design is a bit outdated. It was spacious and the terrace is a nice touch. The air conditioning wasn't working very well and it was hot in the room. The bathroom is clean and the water is hot and has good pressure.
The breakfast is plentiful but the need to order the hot plates and it takes a while to come. I would suggest making them available on the hot trays. Another thing that was weird was the custom tongs each table had, then we had to use them to get the food. I would much rather have one tong on each tray so everyone uses them, I believe it's much more hygienic and practical.

Das Hotel ist komplett neu; gut erreichbar mit dem Auto, wenn man von der Autobahn runterfährt. Parkmöglichkeit gibt es genug gegenüber des Hauptgebäudes. Die Mitarbeiter waren super nett und professionell.

En general es un hotel con buenas instalaciones, desde Spa, hasta parque de bolas… la habitación junto con el baño espacioso, y bien cuidado, agradable… lo único mal las almohadas que son tan blandas que te levantas con dolor de cuello
El servicio de restaurante deja que desear, camareros lentos y la comida (cena: o Buffet o carta) escasa y no te dejan cambiar 1 ingrediente por otro. El servicio del buffet muy amables. El desayuno buffet normalito tirando a escaso para ser un 4 estrellas. El spa una maravilla, mejor de lo esperado. 4 estrellas escaso a mi parecer, siendo el norte de España
Destacar el servicio de recepción, las chicas encantadoras, amables y siempre sonrientes

Service was amazing, we were able to check in half an hour before. Outside swimming was open in april.
The experience at the spa was amazing. Many different options i the main pool, 3 saunas and outside jacuzzi
Food was delicious and great variety. We will definitely repeat!

The room was clean on the surface, but the floor was dusty; I knelt down to unpack on arrival and my trousers picked up a lot of visible dirt, which suggests the cleaning could be more thorough. The lighting throughout the room is very bright white, which makes it hard to relax in the evenings. There are no softer or warmer lighting options. Amenities are minimal. There was no kettle, cups or basic hospitality tray, which would normally be expected by international travellers. The furniture and fittings feel dated, and while everything worked, the room lacked comfort. The bathroom was clean but very utilitarian, and the overall impression is of an older hotel that hasn’t been fully refreshed. Acceptable for a short stay if you just need a place to sleep, but not somewhere I’d choose for comfort or relaxation.

ผผู้เข้าพักExcellent “four star” hotel, Reception Staff helpful, professional and friendly, accommodation excellent. I do feel to pay an additional car parking charge of 15 euros in their underground garage area is frankly an unnecessary extra for hotel guests… parking in the surrounding streets is difficult. Food was just ordinary if a little overpriced, my Veal Entrecôte was mostly good but in parts tough and chewy, chips nothing outstanding, my advice would be to eat out at the many excellent restaurants in the adjoining street. Overall a good four star accommodation but restaurant is lacking due to average food and pricing just on the verge of being to high for what you get.

AAntonyLovely family run hotel situated in the outskirts of Santander , in a rural location with stunning views. Javier the host was warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooms are beautiful , clean and the shower is superb. Breakfast was perfect, with delicious Spanish offerings. We want to come back to stay longer, as so much to do in surrounding areas and this is a great place to stay. The only thing that could be improved would be to provide a fan or air conditioning unit .

LLJanWe were happy with our stay at Hotel Citrea and it was convenient for the town and rail/bus stations. The room was well styled and designed and the shower was excellent. Our twin bedded room had 2’6” beds so these felt a bit small but the bedding was good. We had a kettle, cups & tea tray in the room. 2 chairs and table made it comfortable. Sound proofing wasn’t the best but still good value, The staff gave very good customer service.

ผผู้เข้าพักJust the most beautiful hotel in the most outstanding location. The views were breathtaking. Alex and Rocio were so welcoming and warm. Rocio made us a vegan cake and Alex went out of his way to buy veggie burgers for us when we found out we were vegetarians. I would 100% recommend this magical place. About a 20 minute drive to Potes, the historical, Muy bonito town.

SSarah JhbThe hotel had a great location and was only a 1km walk to the cathedral. The front desk staff were very helpful.
Just beware of the airport taxis. It was only a 5-6 min ride, but the price was 16 euros. I asked the front desk about this and they said it’s the standard rate. But if you use Cabify it’s only 5 euros.
