Lo que no nos gustó es que la cafetería no está abierta por la mañana y te obligan a hacer un desayuno de 20 € cuando yo en realidad solo quiero un café con leche. La camas solo tienen enchufe a un lado, por lo tanto lo representa no puede cargar su móvil ni nada .

先説題外話，作為攜程的忠實粉絲，雖然攜程比其它平台略貴，還是選擇從攜程訂。但是這次歐洲之行，攜程價格一直比某哪兒平台貴，因此十幾天衹在攜程訂了一晚。希望攜程反思反思原因。 先説優點： 1. 價格便宜，市中心60歐不到的價格，讓本地客户咋舌。 2. 位置絕佳，客户説我選的是中心的中心。到了之後一看，正對聖母教堂，確實沒有更好的位置了。 3. 房間乾淨整潔，前台態度很好。 再説缺點： 1. 空調不是很給力，需要打很久，也不是太涼快。 2. 採光不太好。 3. 沒有被子，衹有一個被單，床品舒適度欠佳。 可能是空調的緣故，沒有睡好覺。但是這個價格也總結：沒什麼好挑剔，還是五星。

”Mi estancia en el hotel ha sido excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal fue increíblemente amable y atento, asegurándose de que mi experiencia fuera perfecta. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y muy cómoda, con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia relajante. Además, la ubicación del hotel es ideal. El desayuno fue variado y delicioso, con opciones para todos los gustos. Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel y volveré en el futuro. ¡Gracias por una experiencia inolvidable!

Habitación amplia , muy calentita , y buena relación calidad precio, instalaciones mejorar o arreglar el spa y mantenimiento del gym , no hay colchonetas para estirar y varias máquinas en reparación

Ubicación excelente, para visitar el centro histórico y con todas las opciones de restauración. Parking pequeño, pero hay otro muy cercano. Buena atención por el personal de recepción.

Todo bien en este hotel, escogimos un hotel con jacuzzi, la habitación limpia y cómoda, nos quedamos una noche pues estábamos de pasada, lo que no nos gustó es que se escucha todo lo del pasillo y las otras habitaciones, para mala suerte también se había hospedado un grupo de chiquillos que a las 7 comenzaron a hacer ruido en el pasillo, a lo que mi novio tuvo que pedirles que hicieran silencio. Puntuación buffet desayuno: 9

Enjoyed our one night stay. The room is cozy and matched our expectations with this price. The view outside the window is not bad as well. We also paid 25 euro per person more to enjoy the spa facilities for one hour which we find worth the money if you are looking for a relaxing session after a day of hiking. The spa is not the biggest or grandest but it does its job with hamman, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. It's quiet during our visit with no one else so basically we had a private experience. Remember to bring your flipflops and swim cap which are mandatory.

I was away from the city at the weekend and asked staff if I could have the same room on my return. They happily obliged.

Super location. The room is big with a great view of the basilica. Breakfast is good. I must mention the receptionist Elina who is so friendly, helpful and charming. It is like in a 2 star hotel where you find a 5 star hotel receptionist, The B&B hotel ought to reward her 'best employee of the year' in my view.
