My stay at the Catalonia El Pilar was nothing short of exceptional. This hotel has a charm and quality that far exceeds its official four-star rating, and I firmly believe it deserves a fifth star. From the moment I entered, I was struck by the beautiful, character-filled decor. The hotel masterfully blends historic charm with modern comfort, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. This sense of character extends to the rooms, which are impeccably clean and spacious. The excellence began at check-in with the wonderfully helpful and efficient receptionist service. Every staff member I encountered was professional and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a perfect stay. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide and delicious selection of hot and cold items that provided the perfect start to each day of exploration. It is clear that the management is doing an excellent job. The seamless operation, the motivated staff, and the meticulous attention to detail throughout the property speak volumes about their leadership. A final note on the location: Zaragoza itself is an amazing city, a captivating blend of history, culture, and vibrant local life. For better or worse, it remains wonderfully off-the-beaten-track for the majority of travelers, making it a truly authentic Spanish discovery. Combining this incredible city with a hotel of such high caliber makes for an unforgettable trip. I would not hesitate to return and cannot recommend the Catalonia El Pilar highly enough

Toda una experiencia la de alojarse en un edificio con la historia y el porte de la estación de CanFranc. Todo el personal es profesional, amable y muy atento. La suite junior amplia, bien decorada y muy cómoda. Quizás cambiaría las dos camas unidas por una sola (kingsize), pero es un detalle menor. El bufé del desayuno muy completo y variado. La piscina climatizada un buen lugar para relajarse y la carta de servicios del spa (masajes y tratamientos de wellness) muy acertada. Merece una mención especial el CanFranc Express, el restaurante con estrella Michelin. El menú degustación, junto con la experiencia de abordar el vagón donde sirven el menú, es de lo más especial. Muy recomendable! Y enhorabuena a Eduardo Salanova y el equipo del restaurante por hacerlo posible.

酒店位置很好，就在市中心的西班牙廣場邊上，去皮拉爾廣場很近，約700米步行幾分鐘，都又不像老城那樣擁擠。房間乾淨整潔，就是缺少了洗手液或皂，不太方便。早餐內容略顯簡單。皮拉爾廣場夜景很漂亮，有時間可去河對岸看更漂亮。

มันสะดวกมากสำหรับฉันในฐานะนักเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจเพราะอยู่ติดกับสถานีรถไฟซาราโกซา ฉันแนะนำสิ่งนี้ให้กับผู้ที่ไม่มีเหตุผลที่จะเข้าเมืองและต้องการเดินทางและนอนหลับเพียงอย่างเดียว ราคาก็ถูกด้วย อาหารเช้าก็งั้นๆ...และมีเสียงดังนิดหน่อยเพราะมีกรุ๊ปทัวร์ชาวจีนมาเยอะ

ช่างเป็นการค้นพบที่น่าทึ่ง เรามีความสุขมากที่ได้พักที่นี่ ห้องพักยอดเยี่ยม เหมือนในรูป สะอาด เป็นระเบียบ กว้างขวาง ห้องน้ําใหญ่ มินิบาร์ในห้องพร้อมของราคาสมเหตุสมผล การเช็คอินเป็นเรื่องง่ายมากและเราทิ้งกระเป๋าไว้เพราะเราอยู่แต่เช้าตรู่ พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมากในการเช็คอินและแสดงให้เราเห็นสถานที่ที่จะเยี่ยมชม โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับเมือง สถานี และร้านอาหาร เรามีฐานที่ดีสําหรับการสํารวจซาราโกซา อาหารเช้าดี มีของให้เลือกเยอะ อาหารและกาแฟให้เลือกดี (ผ่านเครื่องชงกาแฟ) โรงแรมนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก ไม่ล้าสมัย ไม่จําเป็นต้องปรับปรุง มันสมบูรณ์แบบ เราไม่ได้ใช้ร้านอาหารในร่มเพราะเรากินในร้านอาหารอื่น ๆ อีกมากมายในพื้นที่

Un hotel básico que para dormir en un viaje de trabajo está bien, con el parking justo delante.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในย่านที่เงียบสงบทันสมัยและตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับศูนย์การค้าและปาซิลิกาที่ประตูโรงแรมสะดวกสบายมาก ห้องน้ํามีขนาดใหญ่พอสําหรับสองคน อุณหภูมิของน้ําร้อนและแรงดันน้ําเป็นสิ่งที่สําคัญมากสําหรับฉัน ห้องน้ํามีสภาพทรุดโทรมเล็กน้อยและมักจะมีสีผิวที่ไม่ดีและมักจะมีน้ําออกจากห้องน้ํา เราไม่สามารถแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับอาหารเช้าได้เพราะเราเอาแต่ที่พักเท่านั้น (มีที่พอมีอาหารเช้า)

Enjoyed our one night stay. The room is cozy and matched our expectations with this price. The view outside the window is not bad as well. We also paid 25 euro per person more to enjoy the spa facilities for one hour which we find worth the money if you are looking for a relaxing session after a day of hiking. The spa is not the biggest or grandest but it does its job with hamman, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. It's quiet during our visit with no one else so basically we had a private experience. Remember to bring your flipflops and swim cap which are mandatory.

Our second time staying at this hotel and it was good. We arrived with two small dogs. In order to avoid our dogs causing noise and inconvenience to other guests if we left the room, we decided to have room service. Reception advised room service was available from 20.30, however when we called ro place food order at 20.30 we were told the kitchen was closed because they were preparing for a wedding next day. A big disappointment!!. The city itself is beautiful and the people are so nice. We hope to visit again in 2025.

Todo muy bien , la habitación amplia, luminosa y muy limpia, espectacular la bañera y el servicio muy bien, nos atendió Enrique y muy contentos, espectacular trato de su parte!
