Dream by Stannum was easily one of our favorite hotels during our South America trip. Everything felt new, modern, and very well maintained, and the room was comfortable after long days of exploring La Paz. Breakfast isn’t a buffet, but honestly we didn’t mind at all. You order from a menu with several freshly made options, and everything we tried was delicious. The only small issue was that it got quite cold at night. We didn’t realize there was an extra blanket stored on the shelf, so we spent the first night feeling chilly. When we mentioned it to the staff the next morning, they immediately brought us another blanket and a small portable heater. Since most hotels in Bolivia don’t have built-in heating, this wasn’t really a fault of the hotel, and we really appreciated how quickly they helped. The friendly service made a great impression, and we’d happily stay here again. If you’re visiting La Paz, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dream by Stannum.

Loved this hotel. If you're visiting La Paz as a tourist, this location is great because it's near a lot of attractions, and also is where a lot of the tours originate from. I had an early bus arrival from Uyuni. My room wasn't ready that early in the morning, but they have a restaurant next door I enjoyed a comfortable wait in. The wifi wasn't the strongest in the room, but I was able to complete a hour long video call without issue. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff was great. The room was very comfortable, clean and warm. The shower would get quite hot within a minute or two. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again the next time I am in La Paz.

This is the first time ive ever left a negative review, but i think its warranted. Impossible to watch the tv as it just refuses to connect to the wifi. The smart tv therefore is useless. It seems that this hotel books school trips so all the children were running down the corridors shouting and moving from room to room which was annoying when you had to wake up early for tours. The bed was very uncomfortable and i didnt like how the cleaner left every window open after cleaning, this let so many flies into the room which was annoying. However, staff at reception were nice and helpful, and the location is really good.

The hotel owner is wonderful, super friendly and caring. The room is spacious with sufficient covers and blankets, convinient location, very close to the witch market. I Came here twice already.

Very friendly staff. Walking distance to old town and cable car. Good shower, clean room and decent breakfast. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. They prepare takeaway breakfast as we have to leave for Uyuni early in the morning. Special thanks to Carmen - an excellent communicator and helped us with our travel requests.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for a long time. It's cute and stamped with its own individuality. I enjoyed it so much I booked an extra night. The room has the most wonderful views from its private balcony. The shower was good and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. The host is such a warm, welcoming individual. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this hotel if you're looking for a lovely setting and a place to chill and relax.

Perfect location for enjoying La Paz as it’s a brief ten minute walk away from the cable car station. We had mixed experience with the service. Some people were amazing, others much less so. Ever was our favourite person to speak to, but Manuel (the supervisor) made me feel quite uncomfortable. The room was amazing though, a big shoutout goes to Zdenka for doing amazing work day in day out to make our room spotless and perfect.

Гостиница расположена на двух этажах торгово-делового центра (возможно, в этом здании также есть частные апартаменты). На пятом этаже размещены ресепшн, ресторан, спа-зона, а на 12 этаже - только номера. Доступ на 12 этаж на отдельном лифте по отдельному электронному ключу (то есть люди, посещающие этот торгово-деловой центр, подняться на лифте в зону отеля не смогут). Как я понял, конфигурация номеров разная. Мой номер был в конце коридора, угловой, и на мой взгляд, у него была очень удачная конфигурация. Отдельно была спальная зона с кроватью, прикроватными тумбами и мягкой тумбочкой для сидения. Отдельно - деловая зона с письменным столом, там же расположен шкаф для одежды с сейфом. И по всей стене - огромное панорамное окно с видом на город, горы и в моём случае - еще на канатную дорогу. В номере тихо, шума с улицы не слышно. Ночью вид изумительный - на многочисленные огоньки с домов, расположенных на склоне горы. Ванная комната большая, удобная. Для умывания твердое мыло (достаточно большой кусок), в душе - шампунь и бальзам для волос, а также еще одно твёрдое мыло. Но именно из-за мыла хочу сделать замечание (и даже хотел снизить оценку на один балл, но не буду: дам шанс исправиться). Я жил шесть ночей, и за это время ни разу не принесли новое мыло. Между тем, в душе твердое мыло уже полностью закончилось, пришлось пользоваться мылом из раковины. Горничная убиралась каждый день, но мыло не принесла. Это крайне неудобно! Надеюсь, администрация гостиницы читает мой отзыв и исправит это замечание. В номере есть бесплатная бутылка воды (пол-литра), но она не обновляется. В дальнейшем можно наливать воду из кулера в коридоре. Кстати, в коридоре также есть яблоки и конфеты, очень удобно. Завтрак слабенький. Мало горячих блюд. Голодным я не оставался, но и выбора почти не было. Правда, зато можно было выбрать из нескольких вариантов блюд из яйца, помимо стандартного омлета. Это компенсировало недостаток горячих блюд. На выбор также натуральные соки, фрукты, кофе, немного сладостей. Если выезжаете до 7 утра, то можно попросить сухой паек, но он тоже очень скромный (выпечка, яблоко, йогурт, вода, пакетик сока). Персонал доброжелательный, приветливый. Прилетел рано утром, заселили где-то в 11 часов, то есть не ждал до 14:00. За это отдельная благодарность. Рядом с гостиницей станция канатной дороги, где пересекаются синяя и белая ветки. Удобно добраться до исторического центра: две станции по синей ветке. Также, если есть время, можете устроить экскурсию по кругу, прокатившись сразу по нескольким веткам. Займет это порядка полутора часов, зато увидите весь город. В целом, гостиница мне понравилась, за исключением замечаний в части обновления мыла. Ну и завтраки не мешало разнообразить и сделать побольше блюд. Надеюсь, руководство гостиницы эти замечания устранит, поэтому ставлю авансом максимальный балл.

Stayed at the Marti Hotel in La Paz and it is honestly such a hidden gem. The best part is definitely the free coworking space for guests, which is super handy if you need to get some work done, and there is a really nice cafe downstairs for your morning coffee. The rooms are spotless too, super modern, and kept really tidy. Total recommendation if you are heading that way.
