โลเคชั่นก็ไม่เลว อยู่ใกล้สิ่งแวดล้อมเมืองใกล้ทะเลสาบ ห้องพักกว้างขวางและถูกสุขอนามัยมาก ก็ยังดีมาก สุขภัณฑ์โรงแรมใหม่หมดปัญหาแน่นอน บริการแย่ลงเล็กน้อย อาจเป็นเพราะพนักงานบริการขอน้อยเกินไปจึงให้บริการไม่ทัน ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคนเฝ้าประตูที่ตายตัว เพราะโรงแรม 5 ดาวก็ต้องฝากกระเป๋าไว้เอง มันมากเกินไปที่จะบอกว่ามันสายเกินไป แผนกต้อนรับยังรู้สึกว่ายังไม่ถึงระดับ 5 ดาว คนอื่นค่อนข้างดีและพวกเขาไม่ชอบบริการระดับ 5 ดาว เข้าถึงบริการระดับโรงแรม 3 ดาว

Reception asked us to make the check in ourselves with a link they provided which wasn’t working. After 30 mins trying without success they said it was ok and they could do it 🤨🤨
Plus they gave us a room and then changed us to a different one with 3 small beds (when we asked for a double and a single)

Viajo por una formación ( Estudios), una vez al mes. Me sorprendió una oferta de trip, por lo cual en vez de volver a casa, me hospedé en Bariloche. Una estadía agradable y cómoda. Muy cordial, todo el personal.
Gracias Trip, por hacer más placentero mi fin de semana.

Hotel is very centrally located on a main shopping thoroughfare. Because of a fiesta it was noisy until about midnight. Very little English is spoken which was a problem when we asked for help with a cancelled flight. We moved to Hilton Hotel which was cheaper and much better in all respects.
Hotel Cristal is in need of updating. The Jacuzzi shower cubicle in our bathroom was extremely old and awkward to get in and out of and was totally useless. Only a spray head worked and the pressure was useless so goodness knows how it ever worked all the jets! Waited ages for hot water and then it would suddenly go freezing cold. Went for a drink in the bar and they could not offer a glass of wine. Wine only by the bottle! I asked about the notice saying Happy Hour and was told that was only if you had Campari or Vodka!
Buffet breakfast was fine.
Would I choose it again - no. Plenty other hotels in Bariloche.

Not sure why this hotel gets so highly rated. It was noisy. I had room 502, a large room on the 5th floor, facing Guemes Street (I think..). It had a large king bed, a kitchenette and a balcony. I found it was a bit tired. The wall that leads out onto the balcony is all floor to ceiling glass and has sliding doors. I don't think that it was double glazed, the seals were non-existent and let in every bit of noise from the busy street below as well as the noisy air conditioner compressor on the balcony. There were no seals on the hallway door and no soft close. I definitely won't be staying again.

En pleno centro, a pocos metros del hermosísimo lago, restaurantes, Centro Cívico, buen desayuno, limpio, habitación y baño espaciosos, la cama un poco dura pues la habían comprado recientemente (a algunos les gusta así) , en general un buen hotel que tendremos en cuenta si regresamos algún día al bello Bariloche, la atención muy buena, gracias Pablito, un abrazo desde Guayaquil , Ecuador

Отель расположен недалеко от живописного озера Науель-Уапи.В отеле есть отопление. Правда завтраки однообразные, но сытные. При отеле свой ухоженный участок, куда забегает заяц и прилетают дикие птицы.

DDr RogoAll was very good except that they charge 16 Us dollar per day and Person additional per Day and Person for using the Hotel attractions no matter if you use them o not and stay all time in your Room it's obligatory to everyone .
This Extra fee is nowhere assigned in the App and also not mentioned when you check in .. They take a payment of Garantie when you checkin to make sure that you pay the Fee.
It's a complety hidden fee . I book frequently Hotel with App and never ever had such additional fee .. Why they just don't put there complety Price for a room not Transparent as all hotelsprice do it.. It's like saying the cost 100 dollar by the Air you Herath you have to pay extra ..Extremly unfair and I had a long Discussion when I checked in ..finaly they payed Back this Rip Off fees ...!!

เราจองห้องที่มีเตียงควีนไซส์ แต่จริงๆ แล้วเราได้ 2 เตียงเดี่ยว แต่อยู่ด้วยกัน
เราได้ห้องอยู่ชั้น 5 แต่ลิฟต์ชั้น 5 ใช้งานไม่ได้ เลยต้องขึ้นลิฟต์ไปชั้น 4 แล้วเดินขึ้นบันได น่ารำคาญมาก และคาดว่าทางโรงแรมจะแก้ไขสิ่งนี้หรือ ให้คนรู้ก่อน
เราบอกว่ามีที่จอดรถและมีที่จอดรถหนึ่งคัน แต่เนื่องจากเทศกาลในช่วงสุดสัปดาห์จึงมีพื้นที่ไม่เพียงพอดังนั้นรถทุกคันจึงขวางกันและเราต้องทิ้งกุญแจรถไว้ที่แผนกต้อนรับเพื่อที่พวกเขาจะได้ย้าย รถถึงแม้จะไม่มีห้องนี้ พนักงานต้อนรับบอกฉันว่าโรงแรมให้เช่าที่จอดรถให้คนอื่นที่ไม่ใช่แขก น่าเสียดายจริงๆ แขกควรได้รับความสำคัญและไม่ต้องทนทุกข์ทรมานจากความยุ่งเหยิงนี้เพราะเจ้าของ/ผู้จัดการโรงแรมต้องการ ทำเงินพิเศษ

LLiThe hotel is located close to the central square. Very convenient. They provide hot and cold water All day. Everything is basic but meets my needs. Shower water is good. Breakfast is typical Argentina hotel’s continental menu, limited options. Staffs are friendly and helpful .

ผผู้เข้าพักAmazing hotel by the lake, it’s also beside the Havanna chocolate museum. There’s a small recreational area at the breakfast area. In addition there’s a pool at level -6. It gives you access to the lake. Was great value staying here.
