I didn't realize there was no surface lots and I'd have to pay $25/day for parking. I might have missed that in the description so that's not really an issue. We were given a room on the top floor, in practically the farthest corner away from the elevator which was quiet, but far away from the rest of my daughter's teammates who were staying on lower floors. We dropped our stuff and went right to the pool. There were only 4 chairs and no towels left so we had to go searching for them and most of our stuff got wet sitting on the floor so that was frustrating. The signs on each floor say ”ice and vending” but the floors I checked had ice machines only and I had to resort to paying $4.00 for a can of orange soda at the bar for my daughter. The store in the hotel was closed, though I'm not sure if it would've been cheaper. After swimming and hanging out in the spacious lobby, we returned to our room to realize it wasn't very clean but it was time for my daughter to shower and go to bed since she had a gymnastics meet at 7:45 am. I took pictures of the hair tie in the sink, the bug on the bathroom floor, the hair on the vanity and floor, the stains on the bed skirt, etc. Kind of disappointed bc I usually stay at Marriott hotels for work and never have these issues. The coffee shop in the lobby was quick the next morning though which was good since we had to get up so early.

โรงแรมธรรมดามาก ค่อนข้างเก่า ราคาไม่สูง เพราะลูกไปแข่ง จองโรงแรมนี้ ที่จอดรถฟรี 20/คืน บรอดแบนด์ฟรี ปัญหาที่ใหญ่ที่สุดคือฉนวนกันเสียงแย่มาก วันนั้นคนเช็คอินเยอะมาก หัวหน้าทางเดินบอกว่ามีเสียงดัง เด็กชายในห้องถัดไปดูเหมือนจะดื่มและกระแทกกําแพง ผนังยังเป็นโครงสร้างไม้ธรรมดา การเคลื่อนไหวมีขนาดใหญ่มาก ซึ่งส่งผลต่อการพักผ่อนอย่างจริงจัง โรงแรมไม่มีรองเท้าแตะแบบใช้แล้วทิ้ง ฉันจะไม่จองในครั้งต่อไปที่ฉันไป

Location is perfect heart of the city. Just walk by Yale University. Rooms are big and very clean. Bathroom is very clear and complete with all needed amenities. Front desk always very friendly and polite. It’s my second time living in Omni Hotel New Haven and will choose again for my next trip. For those who they love nightlife must live here because it’s just cross the road have best nightlife bars and clubs. Perfect Hotel I Recommend 100%

It’s a nice hotel to stay with near the school. Clean and neat with all necessities available. It is always my first choice !

This hotel is in immediate need of reinvestment. It was built in the 50's and it looks like in the rooms that was the last time any money was spent. You have a small in the window air conditioner unit. The two night stand lights did not work. The safe did not work. The hair dryer did not work but the front desk provided a new one. The bathroom sink was stained or dirty. To flush the toilet you have to stand there and hold the flipper down until the toilet completes flushing. The ironing board had been bent at some time in its history so it sloped down went set up. There was no elevator so you carry your belongings up an old metal outside staircase to the second floor. This hotel is in an excellent location and the exterior looks wonderful. But I would recommend that you stay elesewhere.

The hotel was quiet and felt safe. I requested a handicapped room by the elevator( ahead of time) since I would not have my mobile chair or walker in the hotel. My room ended up being almost all the way down the hall, which meant I only came out when necessary. It would have been nice to be close enough to enjoy the restaurant, coffee bar, breakfast or the pool but everything was just too far. The ****** was only three miles away and that is where I rented a scooter for getting around. Overall, staff was nice, the room was comfortable and the walk in shower was nice. The is no Concierge to help with luggage and luggage carts are minimal. This review only has some lower ratings because of being a handicapped traveler. If my ability were not an issue, this hotel would be sufficient.

Very close to Yale campus. Fast food and supermarket is just opposite of the hotel. Must bring kettle if you need hot water in room.

旅館離學校很近，環境優美，後面是個大花園，出門走幾步就是小湖，服務人員的態度也相當友善。我忘了給讀夏校的孩子準備枕頭和毛毯，經理不光幫我去超市買了枕頭毯子，還開車送我去學校，萬分感激！

ขอแนะนําโรงแรมนี้เลย เหตุผล: 1.ใหม่. เปิดเมื่อปี 2019 2. ห้องใหญ่และห้องน้ําใหญ่ 3. นอกจากนี้ยังมีเครื่องครัวแบบง่ายๆ ให้เลือกทําอาหารและต้มน้ําร้อน (ซึ่งเป็นมิตรกับชาวจีนเกินไป คุณสามารถดื่มชาได้ 4.บาร์ชั้นบนสุดสวยมาก 5. ล็อบบี้กว้างขวาง สะดวกสบาย สไตล์อเมริกันคันทรี 6. ตรงข้ามโรงแรมมีที่จอดรถขนาดใหญ่ 🅿️ เสียใจอย่างเดียวคือทําเลที่ตั้งอยู่ค่อนข้างไกลจากใจกลางเมือง ทางใต้สุดของมหาวิทยาลัยเยรู อย่างไรก็ตาม เมืองมีขนาดเล็ก ดังนั้นระยะทางคือสองหรือสามช่วงตึก ห่างออกไปเพียง 5 นาที คุณสามารถเดินไปยังสถานีรถไฟนิวเฮเวน 🚉 ในเวลาประมาณ 15 นาที
