A street away from Ipoh Parade, swimming pool without nearby bathing facilities unlike some hotels in Malaysia so if the whole family went for the swim we need to take turns for showering. Hotel breakfast is fairly limited compared to some hotels in Johor Bahru and only good if not to travel out for breakfast. Will rate it 4 over 5 for location and accessibility.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for the best experience in Ipoh! We truly enjoyed our stay, with excellent service at the hotel and plenty of delicious jalan-jalan cari makan without a single complaint. 😍 I loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast was grand, with a great variety of delicious food and drinks. The staff were friendly, the room was beautiful, and I was impressed by the modern technology. For example, guests can use face scanning to access the room, in addition to the key card. They even have a music player built into the bathroom mirror! ✨ Overall, a wonderful stay and definitely a place I would recommend when visiting Ipoh! ❤️

Really nice place for a relaxing getaway! Surrounded by trees, lakes and mountains, the resort is serene and quiet, and the caves really are unique attractions to wind down and free the mind! The yoga classes and jungle walk are also a plus point about this place. Staffs are friendly and helpful too! Their unlimited breakfast is also another attraction as they offer variety of choices. Overall it’s a worth visit despite the high price. Will definitely recommend this to friends!

Dirty with bird poo and dirty cushions and towel (as on photo), given we paid RM1.5k for room it is unacceptable for the level of cleanliness. Adding up food and misc charges for another RM1k++ for food one day, imagine paying RM2.5k to get such service for a night stay is beyond speechless. Seriously understaffed as we are not served properly, kept us waiting no matter during explanation / service / check in, we arrived 1pm and the luggage was not in our room even after 5pm, phone not working and after scolded at reception twice only they send our luggage. Imagine kids shivering in cold only with towel as they do not have proper clothes to wear as luggage has not yet arrived.

Bedrock Ipoh exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. Check-in was seamless and wonderfully warm, setting the perfect tone for our stay. A special mention to Debbie, who was an outstanding host — bringing a genuine family feel and going above and beyond to help us plan our time in Ipoh. Her local food recommendations were nothing short of amazing! The room was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The attention to detail impressed us — a Chinese tea set, Nespresso machine, filtered water dispenser, and a luxurious bath tub complete with bath salts. Every amenity was in perfect working order and housekeeping maintained an impeccable standard throughout. A solid 5 stars — highly recommended!

โรงแรมล้อมรอบด้วยภูเขาให้ทัศนียภาพที่สวยงามและอากาศบริสุทธิ์ ห้องพักยังสะอาดและสะดวกสบายทําให้เป็นการพักที่ผ่อนคลาย พื้นที่หนึ่งที่สามารถปรับปรุงได้คือการเลือกอาหารเช้า เนื่องจากโรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในอิโปห์ จึงเป็นการดีที่จะรวมอาหารพื้นเมืองจานพิเศษเพิ่มเติม เช่น กาแฟขาวอิโปห์ ไก่ถั่วงอก และอาหารอิโปห์ที่มีชื่อเสียงอื่นๆ นี้จะทําให้ประสบการณ์อาหารเช้าน่าจดจํายิ่งขึ้นและให้แขกได้ลิ้มลองอาหารท้องถิ่น

ฉันเพิ่งพักในห้องพรีเมียร์ที่โรงแรมโนโวเทลไทปิงและมีประสบการณ์ที่น่าพึงพอใจโดยรวม ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม และไฮไลท์ของการเข้าพักของฉันคือวิวจากห้องพรีเมียร์ ซึ่งมองเห็นทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงามโดยตรงจากไทปิง สวนทะเลสาบ ตัวห้องเองนั้นสะอาดและสะดวกสบาย ฉันยังชอบบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้า - มันค่อนข้างดีและมีเมนูที่ไม่เหมือนใคร เช่น getok ubi ซึ่งเป็นสัมผัสที่ดีในท้องถิ่น อย่างไรก็ตามมีข้อเสียสองสามข้อ แรงดันน้ําจากท่อส้วมต่ํามากซึ่งค่อนข้างไม่สะดวก นอกจากนี้ แม้ว่าห้องพักจะมีสมาร์ททีวี แต่ความบันเทิงก็ถูกจํากัดเฉพาะช่องท้องถิ่นเท่านั้น - ไม่มีการเข้าถึง Netflix หรือ YouTube โดยรวมแล้วเป็นที่พักที่ยอดเยี่ยมพร้อมวิวทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงามและอาหารอร่อย แต่การแก้ไขแรงดันน้ําและการอัพเกรดตัวเลือกทีวีจะทําให้ดีขึ้นมาก

Value for money stay, good location next to Taiping Lake and close to my running start venue at Dataran Warisan, about 1KM to Dataran Warisan. One downside though, no parking space available in hotel proximity, have to park it outside near the lake.
