On the day I checked in, I left my things in the room and I went shopping. I did leave a Do Not Disturb sign on my door. When I came back, the minute I put down my shopping, someone tried to open my door. Looked through my peep hole and saw a middle aged woman. The key obviously did not work. She left after a while but came back with a bell boy who rang in my doorbell. I opened the door and bellboy apologised and asked if I was staying here. I said I have checked in at 3pm. Bellboy pointed at two luggages and said he sent them to the wrong room? Wait what? Whose are these? The woman said they were hers. Bell boy said he delivered them to the wrong room. Next, front desk called me and asked for my name. Not to apologise but ask for my identity. She confirmed that there’s been a mistake in assigning rooms. I asked her what do I need to do. She said nothing. No apologies. I asked her why the bellboy entered my room even though the Do Not Disturb sign was there. No answer. My advise to those who choose to stay here - double lock your doors and keep your valuables with you. They did not respect my DND sign and entered my room.

Love the hot spring facilities offered by the hotel, especially when you get to enjoy a private hot spring and pool in the villa! And regardless of where your villa is located, there’s buggy service available 24/7. Yoga among nature was also amazing. A really nice place to relax within nature. HOWEVER, as a luxury resort, I was disappointed with the check-in service. Firstly, there wasn’t a clear indication of where the reception/lobby was, so our driver ended dropping us at the carpark. Once we were within the lobby area, it took a while for the staff to actually welcome us. Unlike the check-in service we saw another family receiving later in the day when they were dropped off at the main lobby, we immediately felt the difference. Btw, the resort should really consider lighting the direction into the lobby at night. Most of our private hire drivers have pointed poor signage/lighting to the lobby. Next, the jungle walk group was too large with only one guide. We could barely hear what the guide was saying at the back, so yes it was merely a walk for us.

Spent one night at this hotel for a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was for the price. The parking area is spacious and free, with valet parking available from RM30 per night. The hotel has a modern design and is equipped with a Face ID-like entry system, which adds a nice touch of technology. All the room switches are touchscreen as well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I also really loved the bathroom design, especially the electronically operated toilet seat very much like the ones you’d find in Japan. They also provide complimentary snacks and carbonated drinks, which was a nice bonus. Overall, definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for its price. Great comfort, modern facilities, and plenty of thoughtful touches. Would definitely consider staying here again.

You can really see how this resort may have been magnificent 20 years ago but today, it does seem rather dated. Beautiful place, nonetheless. However, for a place whose amenities and services rely heavily on bookings (taking away from the spontaneity some may appreciate), the booking system is highly HIGHLY flawed - you'd have to always contact a staff member and there is no booking confirmation sent over via email or anything of that sort, leaving room for errors. That said, what the place lacks in technological upgrades, it makes up with the fantastic and friendly staff.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ โรงแรมเบเวอร์ลี่ ไทปิง โรงแรมที่สะดวกสบายและสะอาดมาก ห้องพักเรียบร้อยและน่าอยู่ และทําเลที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับเมืองไทปิง ทําให้สะดวกต่อการเดินทางมาก โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการพักที่ดีเยี่ยมและสะดวกสบาย แนะนําอย่างแน่นอน! 👍🏻❤️

ไม่มีอะไรจะพูดเกี่ยวกับ Bedrock Hotel จริงๆแล้วเราอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนจากโรงแรมเพราะเรามีห้องจูเนียร์สวีทหนึ่งในอาคารที่ได้รับการตกแต่งใหม่ ห้องสวีทนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก กว้างขวางมาก และตกแต่งอย่างพิถีพิถันและมีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน ตัวห้องน้ํามีขนาดใหญ่กว่าห้องพักบางห้องที่เราเคยมีเมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้และการเพิ่มเครื่องกรองน้ําที่เอาใจใส่ซึ่งให้น้ําร้อน เย็น หรือน้ํารอบข้างก็มีค่ามาก ห้องสวีทไม่มีครัวขนาดเล็ก แม้ว่าจะมีตู้เย็นขนาดเล็ก แต่ก็มีเครื่องชงกาแฟถ้วยช้อนส้อมจานชามและแม้แต่แก้วไวน์ในตู้เดียวกันกับตู้เย็นซึ่งมีประโยชน์มาก เตียงนอนก็สบายสุด ๆ และเครื่องปรับอากาศก็ทํางานได้ดีเช่นกัน เดิมทีเราพยายามจองในเมืองเก่า แต่มีจํานวน จํากัด Bedrock เป็นตัวเลือกที่สองที่ดีเพราะใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 10 ถึง 15 นาทีและอาหารเช้าก็ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นกัน

Hotel is located near a small lake. Location is good if you have a car as surroundings is quiet with good scenary. It is actually an apartment with 3 bedrooms. We booked 1 bedroom unit 2 other bedrooms and the guest toilet were locked. The room is big as it is equipped with a kitchen and living room. The apartment and the room facilities are somewhat aged though in general is clean. The toilet ensuited with the master bedroom is small. Breakfast varieties and taste are good.
