My room provided a breathtaking, uninterrupted view of the Volcano mountain, which was the absolute highlight—truly spectacular to wake up to. Beyond the scenery, the hotel excels in comfort and service. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable bedding and reliable amenities. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit. Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

Pros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi. Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

A beautiful hotel, the property is clean and with many restaurants and amenities. The building has this old and classic style that really resonates with the city. Buffet breakfast has a lot options, and at nights we got a canapé party, they serve wine if you want alcohol. I only tried one of the restaurants, mole was delicious. The only downside was the location, it's not bad but there is nothing around, Uber is your best bet to move around and you get pretty fast to downtown or other areas. Room was nice and perfect. Muy buena ubicación, pero, la habitacion que nos dieron era un horno, solo cuenta con un ventilador acomodado entre el closet y el buro, el baño tambien muy encerrado algo peligroso cuando sales ya que se pasa un poco el agua a la habitacion, desde que llegamos informamos que el tv no tenia señal y no pudieron solucionarlo ni ofrecernos otra habitacion, si lo requieres solo para llegar cansado y dormir, despertar y salir inmediatamente es esencial.

Todo muy bien con la habitación, ojo que al ser en interior sólo hay una ventana por la cuál llega un poco de luz de sol; si es un problema para ti mejor reserva una de exterior. Para mí no lo fue ya que estuve fuera todo el día, cuando regresaba ya había oscurecido. La localización es excelente, a sólo unos pasos de centro de convenciones,. Sólo tengo un par de observaciones: - Con el servicio de camarista: el primer día dejé el corbatín de ”no molestar” para que no pasaran a limpiar mientras iba a desayunar, ya que iba a regresar para arreglarme para luego salir; entonce dejé el corbatín para que ya pudieran entrar; el detalle es que no volvieron a dejarlo en la habitación; y el segundo día que cambiaron las toallas no me dejaron una para secarme las manos, sólo dejaron toallas de baño - El desayuno del sábado tomó mucho tiempo para que me atendieran, no sé si era por el hecho de que era desayuno pagado del hotel o porque tenían 2 reuniones y poca gente, pero sí fue algo molesto
