I recently stayed at the Ravens Cliff Hotel Lodge by Marston's Inns, and found it to be a clean and comfortable choice for accommodation. The room we've been given was smelling really bad, damp smell. We went to reception to report this, and the staff was very unfriendly, and apparently they did not seem to have any other king room available so we've been given a double room even though this is not what was on our booking. No apologies from the staff, just rude looks.

Stayed the moorings hotel Motherwell many times and the staff are excellent from reception to bar staff to the cleaning staff every one so pleasant always excellent food well done the moorings x

Stayed just one night, service and facilities were excellent, evening meals were of a good standard and plenty of choice as you would expect.

The location is great and the staff were nice
