After a long day of Camino walking, staying at this hotel was truly the perfect choice. The location is amazing — surrounded by nature, with the peaceful sound of the river flowing right beside it. It felt so calming and restorative after hours of walking. The atmosphere is quiet, beautiful, and deeply relaxing. Waking up to the sound of water and greenery around you makes the whole experience very special and memorable. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and gave us the rest we really needed after the Camino journey. The food was exceptionally good. We ordered the grilled octopus and the steak, and both were absolutely delicious — fresh, well-cooked, and full of flavor. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and very good quality. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. This place is more than just a hotel — it feels like a peaceful retreat in nature. It is truly one of the best experiences we had during our trip. Highly recommended and a must-stay if you are visiting Cádiz or walking the Camino and need a beautiful, relaxing place to recharge.

The room I was first checked into had no hot water for the sink, and the sink wouldn't drain either. Also, the air conditioning wasn't working and was flashing an error message. I asked about it at reception and was told to go back up to my room to wait. I was then called and told to pack my belongings and to go back to reception to change rooms. I was sat in reception at 6pm holding my belongings in my arms. I asked if there was anything that could be done about the inconvenience. Firstly, the person at reception wouldn't call the manager, but when I asked again she came down. She said that she was going to nothing about the inconvenience, but said I could have the water from the mini bar if I wanted which I found quite insulting. The next room had a fault with the air conditioning also and a repair man had to come to clean the filters - he said they were clogged. I booked the hotel expecting a no fuss relaxing experience, but wasted hours trying to get the room situation resolved. Pretty disappointing considering the price.

Me gustaría dejar constancia de mi descontento con respecto a mi reciente estancia en su hotel. En el momento de la reserva, contraté dos habitaciones (habitaciones 510 e 511) . Sin embargo, comprobé que su página web no permite solicitar y pagar la opción de late check-out únicamente para una de las habitaciones. Al llegar al hotel, expuse esta situación en recepción, donde se me indicó que debería haber contactado previamente por teléfono, lo cual no era una solución viable en mi caso, ya que no hablo español. Asimismo, se me informó de que, debido al elevado número de solicitudes, ya no era posible atender mi petición de late check-out, sugiriéndose como alternativa la reserva de una noche adicional. Ante la falta de otras opciones, acepté esta solución con cierta reticencia, dado que únicamente necesitaba la habitación por un corto período de tiempo, concretamente para ducharme tras participar en la media maratón entre Vigo y Baiona. Cabe señalar que finalmente realicé el check-out de habitación 510 de esa noche adicional alrededor de las 14:00, es decir, incluso antes de la hora prevista de check-in (15:00), lo que pone de manifiesto lo desproporcionado de la solución propuesta. Lamento la falta de flexibilidad mostrada y, sobre todo, la ausencia de alternativas razonables para una situación relativamente sencilla. Considero que la experiencia no ha estado a la altura de lo esperado y, por este motivo, no tengo intención de volver a alojarme en su hotel, a pesar de participar en este evento deportivo cada año. Great location—just steps away from both the bus and train terminal. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Basilica Santa Maria and the Mercado da Pedra. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The staff were welcoming, and always happy to help. The only minor downside for me was that both pillows were a bit too soft for my preference. But overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vigo!

Desde que llegamos al lugar y nos fuimos todo ha sido inolvidable ,muy agradable ,el personal del fin de semana de la cafetería la mejor que me he encontrado en mi vida tras muchos años de hostelería y lo más parecido a cuando yo trabajé en las islas Cíes ,super simpáticos y acogedores Juan y Ana ,junto las chicas de recepcion de esa tarde y día siguiente ,la habitación espectacular y cómoda con todo lo que uno necesita ,y el lugar lo más accesible y natural que he disfrutado ,muchas gracias por el servicio y el buenísimo precio a estas alturas del año .Lo hemos disfrutado desde cabo a rabo ,Ribeira mola ,ojalá todo el año fuera así de bueno el tiempo para que todo el mundo pudiera llegar allí.

Easy to get to from either the airport or train station, prime location on the stunning Riazor beach (if you’re able to, upgrade to a sea view room – the views are spectacular) with plenty of nearby shops/restaurants including a convenience store next door. The hotel has been extensively renovated and you can tell – I especially liked the reception area which had lots of comfy seating as well as computers and reading material. The room itself was excellent – clean, modern and comfortable with all the facilities you’d expect (kettle, mini fridge, safe, hair dryer, large TV), though the stunning view out the window was the biggest plus. Breakfast was fabulous, with sweet and savoury options as well as a cooked offering too. I had a fantastic stay and wish I could have stayed for longer – would definitely return, no questions asked.

El hotel estáuy bien el único inconveniente que yo veo es que debería tener nevera en las habitaciones como todos los hoteles de esa categoría Si no vuelvo es por la ubicación ya que me por no conocer la zona he quedado muy lejos de mi sitio de trabajo Pero no es error del hotel El hotel en general está genial Las habitaciones son cómodas una tele grande equebde agradece El baño con plato de ducha que se agradece también y renovado En general un 10/10

ถัดจากสวนสาธารณะอราเมด้า เดินไปมหาวิหารประมาณ 1 กิโลเมตร ห้องดีลักซ์คิงไซส์มีขนาดเล็กมาก และเนื่องจากเป็นอาคารเก่า ฉนวนกันเสียงจึงแย่ และมีกลิ่นอับชื้น ฉันยอมรับสิ่งนี้ และฉันไม่แนะนําให้อาศัยอยู่ที่นี่ถ้าฉันไม่สามารถยอมรับได้ อาหารเช้ามีไม่มากนักแต่ก็อร่อยและน่าพอใจ มีทั้งบาร์เครื่องดื่ม อุปกรณ์ฟิตเนส สระว่ายน้ําในร่ม ห้องพักมีน้ําดื่มฟรี

為了看聖地亞哥大教堂的盪香爐，原住酒店沒房了，就訂了這裏，酒店過馬路，上坡後到達古老的市場，再往前走幾分鐘就到教堂了。酒店給我的房間是半地下的套間，而且是最末端，放完行李就出去溜達了。晚上回來發現，房間的門在裏面不能反鎖，沒辦法，頂着……沒住過這麼差勁的。算了吧，就睡一晚。前台服務，早餐環境都很好。
