The general experience was good. In considered the stay a bit expensive for Ecuador (79$ for two days incl breakfast). One of the reasons I chose this hotel is because of free drinking water. However, the water is positioned in a way that you can fill up only small cups. So I still had to buy a lot of water bottles outside, which made my stay more expensive than expected. The pool area is beautiful. Service was nice. Location close to the center, I could explore the main tourist attractions (La perla, Malecon, Cementery) by foot. The breakfast is kind of a surprise, you can choose betweeen American and Local. I prefered the local one, the Banana tasted amazing. In advance of my stay I asked for an early check-in at 8 clock, which apparently was not possible. However, my room was ready at about 10.30. Wifi was excellent. Shower had lots of warm water. No mosquito net at the windows and it was not possible to close the windows in my completely.

I stayed at Grand Hotel Guayaquil for 3 days and 2 nights, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Check-in was quick and easy, which I appreciated after a long trip. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfy, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in Guayaquil’s heat! The location was also perfect — just a short walk to the Malecón 2000 and lots of great places to eat and explore. I loved the pool area — such a nice spot to relax in the afternoon. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of choices and some tasty local options. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay here. It’s a great hotel with a warm atmosphere and excellent service.

I stayed in this hotel and I am very happy to picked Uniparkoroverde. Very good staff friendly worms make you feel you are in your home. Location was great very close to Malcolm area so you can go walk and a lot of restaurants and activity.Jacuzzi, which it helped me a lot after 32 hours flight make me relax. Very good buffet breakfast in the morning,it was delicious. in all I had a great time stayed with them. Thank you Unipark oro verde

Our stay was very enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities provided by the hotel exceeded our expectations. We had the chance to relax in a peaceful and quiet environment. Thank you for this wonderful experience; we look forward to coming back again!

Staff was ok, food was awesome, connected to a shopping center and 5 minutes ride to the airport.

El Hilton Colón necesita una renovación de las instalaciones. No han hecho nada en 10 años y ya se necesitan mejoras. La caja fuerte me dio problemas y el desayuno me decepcionó un poco, ya que las frambuesas tenían hongos. El poder hacer un jugo fresco de verduras y fruta es genial. La luz se fue 3 veces en una noche y el generador tardó un par de minutos en ponerse en marcha. El shuttle al aeropuerto funciona muy bien.

The hotel is about 3 minutes by car from the airport and about 5 minutes from the Mall del Sol. The staff at the reception (and also on the phone before my arrival) has been incredibly friendly and helpful: thank you so much! The room was big, full of light, very clean and comfortable. The free shuttle service from and to the airport is a handy and welcome treat. All in all, great hotel.

Me hospedé en el hotel y en general la experiencia fue buena. La habitación es cómoda, bien equipada y cumple con lo esperado en cuanto a confort. Sin embargo, considero que hay aspectos importantes por mejorar. La limpieza debería ser impecable, especialmente tratándose de un hotel de este nivel. También el desayuno resulta repetitivo, ya que ofrecen prácticamente lo mismo todos los días, lo cual podría mejorar con mayor variedad. En resumen, es un buen lugar para hospedarse, pero con algunos ajustes en limpieza y oferta gastronómica podría elevar significativamente la experiencia del huésped.
