The room is specious and good with king size bed, but no coffee machine is provided or water, you need to be a member in their Honor program to have complementary water for drinking or coffee, which i see is big downside for Hilton . Nowadays even 2 stars hotels provide free water and coffee machine! I waited around 50 minutes to get 2 bottles 😰 in morning i requested 2 they delivered only one and poor guy said it is complimentary. I think to stay in this hotel you need to be equipped with water otherwise you will suffer thirsty.
No cold water on floor as advertised in room .
Didn’t / couldn’t find my booking when I checked in … had to hang around reception for ages for her to sort it out … apparently Trip.com fault for not informing hotel of my booking confirmation :-(
Frühstück war sehr gut. Von Weißwurst , Ingwer Shot, leckeres frisches Brot und Brötchen und Müsli Zutaten alles da. Top . Freundliches Personal.
The hotel is located in a good location, only a few minutes' walk to the traveler crowded area by the river. The hotel is also spacious, with tables, footboards, and coffee tables. The breakfast in the hotel is grand in scale, and it is currently the hotel with the largest breakfast restaurant among all the hotels I have stayed in. I couldn't give full marks for the service because the hotel mailbox returned all my 4 emails, yes I repeated 3 times, and asked me to wait at the front desk for 30 minutes in vain.
ZZactotoThis is our favourite hotel in Nuremberg!! Attention to detail on every step of the experience, their crews were simply amazing! They are happy to serve you, not one person but every staff that I encountered. I got a surprise birthday cake in my room with a hand written note, am truly grateful and heartfelt. So thank you, Karl August your neighbourhood hotel. 5 stars and beyond. We will be back again for sure!
TTraveler 123Let's start with the spa - an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. As for the location, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski is a true gem in the heart of Munich. Situated on the prestigious Maximilianstrasse, it offers an ideal home base for exploring the vibrant city. From the hotel, you can easily reach Munich's iconic attractions, designer boutiques, and renowned dining establishments. The convenience of being able to stroll through the historic city center or simply step outside to admire the beauty of Maximilianstrasse made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to offering guests the best of Munich right at their doorstep.

In conclusion, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich is a top-tier hotel that truly understands the art of hospitality. The remarkable spa and the unbeatable location in the heart of Munich set it apart as a destination that caters to travelers seeking a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the best of Munich in a luxurious and welcoming setting.
DdyhxFree hotel shuttle provided by Airparks. At Terminal 2, follow the signs that say 'Bus/Hotel Shuttle' and head towards the Bus Terminal, Stop #11. The buses run at xx10 hrs, xx30 hrs and xx50 hrs. It makes a stop at Terminal 1 before heading to the hotels. It actually stops at a big car park building 2 mins walk from the hotel. You'll see the hotel before it turns in and alights passengers at Airpark's holding area. Then it's a short walk across the road to the hotel where you enter from the back of the hotel.
Simple room, good for one, might be a squeeze for 2 persons with big luggages. No wardrobe, just open hanging hooks which is great too. No mini fridge but basic shower amenities are provided except toothbrush/toothpaste. Bed and pillows is a little too soft for my liking.
Quite expensive for a one night stay, especially for me, it was just 10 hrs literally - to shower and sleep.
There's a bus stop a few mins walk from the hotel where you can hop on a direct public bus for €4.10 (cash only, no change given, runs every 15 mins or so) or pay €10 for the Airparks shuttle (runs every 20-30 mins) back to the airport.
