ห้องพักสะอาดมากและไม่มีกลิ่น และสามารถเปิดหน้าต่างเพื่อระบายอากาศได้ อาหารเช้าสไตล์ยุโรปมีให้เลือกมากมายและคุ้มค่ากับราคา ที่จอดรถกว้างขวาง ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือผ้าห่มสั้นไปหน่อย ซึ่งต้องใช้เวลาปรับตัวสักเล็กน้อย

Frühstück bei völlig überfordertem Personal  Wird am Tisch in Etageren serviert sehr wenig Auswahl  Kaffee nur in halbvollen Tassen Kaffeekannen nur in sehr begrenzten Mengen vorhanden  Bei 32 EUR Frühstückspreis pp kosten Pancakes sagenhafte 6,50 extra  Kein Sekt verfügbar i Alles in allem völlig überteuert  Z. B. 1 Glas Wein 0,1 l !!!!!!!!!! 14.40 Euro  So nicht zu empfehlen

ทำเลดีมาก อยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ เมโทร แทรม ทุกอย่าง ดีสุดๆ พนักงานก็ให้ความช่วยเหลือดีแนะนำดีมาก บอกหมดอะไรอยู่ตรงไหน ตรงไหนน่าสนใจ แนะนำๆๆๆมาพักกันเยอะๆ ห้องก็กว้างนอนหลับสบาย ห้องน้ำก็สะอาดสุดๆ มีอ่างน้ำด้วย

What a fabulous hotel to look at, very grand and magnificent but as soon as you open the room doors and look closely you will notice a difference in cleanliness and dust. Bedsheets are not changed everyday but every 3 days ! We also saw bugs running around on the floor too. Depends what your looking for if your happy with an average dusty unclean room this is your hotel with its grand exterior and wellness center.

We received excellent service at this hotel during our check in provided by Aaryan. Aaryan helped guide us into the parking garage, was super friendly and got us a room in the main tower where there was an elevator to use (despite our booking in the less expensive annex room). He even offered to provide us suggestions for the sunny weather during our stay in Munich and made sure to say hello and check in on us each time we saw it. It was natural and friendly customer service. The hotel is a little older and has some interesting decor. The room had a futon couch, a good bed, desk area, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge (with some pop and water you could pay for), an iPod dock, a good sized TV, and plenty of counter space to put our things. They provided gummy bears and a couple of cookies in our room too which was nice. The bed was comfy for me and the hotel can provide more bedding or pillows on request. We felt the cleanliness could have been better as our tea cups were a bit dirty. The bathroom was interesting with two stools but really a place to put them. The shower was not our favourite with no door or shower curtain and the glass was not enough to keep the water in. There is an all in one shampoo/body wash that was ok. The towels were a little thin and could use replacement. The cost of the hotel was good and we felt it was a decent location. It is a bit far from the main attractions of Munich but it has good public transport access including the nearby central station which is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores by the hotel that are open quite late and there are some Bavarian/Oktoberfest souvenir stores nearby. I felt safe walking around alone at night to get a late night doner. The breakfast at the hotel is pretty good with a good variety of food including deli meats, cheeses, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. There was lots of seating available including some artsy chairs. There is limited parking at this hotel and it is very tight so we are glad we rented a compact. If you choose to park here you have to go in to see reception so they can open the door and guide you to your spot. It may also be recommended to contact the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. The front desk initially said it was 20 euros for parking but charged us 22. There are other parkades nearby but due to the construction in the area we felt there was convenient having the car parked at the hotel.

ตั้งอยู่ใกล้สถานีดับเพลิงหลักมาก แต่รู้สึกเหมือนชั้นล่างเป็นที่รวมตัวของชาวตะวันออกกลางและชนพื้นเมืองอเมริกัน (?) ยังไงก็ตาม ไม่ควรออกไปดึกๆ จะดีกว่า มีคนบอกว่าบริการดีมากในอินเทอร์เน็ต แต่ฉันกลับไม่รู้สึกได้รับการต้อนรับเลย ธรรมดาๆ เหมือนเกสต์เฮาส์ในจีน... พอเช็คอิน กระดาษชำระก็เกือบหมดแล้ว แถมยังไม่เติมให้อีก ต้องขอผ้าเช็ดตัวและผ้าเช็ดตัวที่เคาน์เตอร์ต้อนรับ และไม่มีบริการทำความสะอาดเหมือนที่จีน

ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวกสบายอย่างเหลือเชื่อ อยู่ตรงข้ามสถานีรถไฟ และใกล้กับกำแพงเมืองเก่าซึ่งคึกคักยามค่ำคืน เนื่องจากเป็นรถเช่า โรงแรมจึงไม่มีที่จอดรถเป็นของตัวเอง เจ้าหน้าที่จะแนะนำวิธีจอดรถให้คุณที่ลานจอดรถฝั่งตรงข้ามสถานี หลังจากจอดรถแล้ว คุณจะได้รับบัตรจอดรถ ซึ่งคุณสามารถนำไปแลกเป็นบัตรแบบเติมเงินได้ที่เคาน์เตอร์โรงแรม คุณต้องรับบัตรใหม่ทุกครั้งที่เข้าและออกจากโรงแรม ค่าจอดรถจนถึงวันเช็คเอาท์ในวันถัดไปอยู่ที่ 16 ยูโร (หมายเหตุ: ไม่ฟรีเมื่อทำการจอง!)

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม และพนักงานโรงแรมเป็นกันเองมาก แต่การตกแต่งภายในอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ห้องพักค่อนข้างเล็ก แต่ระบบทำความร้อนดีมาก การเก็บเสียงยอดเยี่ยม และระดับความสะดวกสบายโดยรวมถือว่ายอมรับได้

We were pretty satisfied with our room and felt it was well appointed for the price. We got the twin bed room and felt it was pretty spacious with lots of room for our things. They had a closet area, two stools, a table, side tables by the beds, and a small TV. The wifi was pretty strong during our stay too. The bathroom was good too with good shower pressure and temperature. They have an all in one body wash/shampoo so you may want to bring your own products. The hotel does not use key cards but instead has codes to unlock the doors. The beds were comfy and the linens were clean and new. The pillow was thin but it was fine for what we needed. The temperature is pretty easy to control in this room with an AC unit and radiator but we didn't need either in December. We got a good night's sleep both nights at this hotel. The area is quiet when it matters but it should be noted that the nearby church starts ringing its bells at 8 am and some of the businesses nearby make a bit of noise later in the night as they close. The hotel is in a decent area with lots of convenience stores and middle eastern restaurants nearby. It is about a 10 minute walk away from Munich's Central Station and has good tram access around the area to get to most of Munich's major sites pretty quickly. We did get lots of walking done while in Munich and felt the area our hotel was in was pretty safe. The hotel does have a small common area in the lobby and a small garden. You can get a drink or some snacks at the front desk. The hotel does offer breakfast for an additional fee on the top floor and if you are a member through their application you can get a slight discount. There is a parking garage underneath the hotel and some street parking nearby. You may need to call ahead to confirm parking because it is a small hotel and street parking is limited. They offered luggage storage for us when we arrived early but needed time to clean the rooms so they could not provide early check in. The front staff were nice and efficient.
